Auto repair service near Anza, CA

Bad service, worse resolutions. They said I had a fuel leak and a switch needed to be replaced. They said all the fuel lines needed to be replace due to this leak. I suggested that there was no leak that the fuel they saw was from the recent repair they had done. I took the car to another much more reputable dealer and sure enough no leak, no need to replace the switch. On top of all this they damage several items on the car and didn't even put it back together correctly. All this was done during a regular service and not a repair. Numerous times while going there various customers would be yelling and cursing at service reps, I should have taken that as a sign. Go there only as a last resort and make sure you document and photograph everything. Additional information, documents and photos available upon request.

HE SOLD MY DAUGHTER A CAR THAT WAS MESSED UP WHEN WE BOUGHT IT WE BOUGHT THE CAR MARCH 28 2013 AND STILL DON'T HAVE THE CAR AND JOHN SAID THEY WERE GOIN TO FIX IT BUT IT'S BEEN MONTHS SO NOW WE HAVE A LAWYER BECAUSE I REFUSE TO TAKE THAT SHIT FORM ANYONE PAYING A CAR NOTE ON A CAR YOU DON'T HAVE IS B.S.AND IT'S GOING TO BE JULY AND STILL NO CAR.... PLZ DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS.... IF ANYONE SEE'S THIS GO AFTER THEM SUE THEM DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS PEOPLE WORK TO HARD FOR THERE MONEY

This place is not good!!!! Biggg..... SCAMMERS! My husband and I bought a car a few months back and 2 days later it broke down,they then gave us the run around about it not working and trying to get us into another car , they said that we had to get a car with them because if not we would lose our 3000.00 down so we were obligated at this point . We didn't want to lose our 3000.00 . anyhow about nearly 2 months later we get financed for another car and something we did not want by far, then about 3 weeks later they repo it unanounced like no phone calls why they took our car no correspondance by mail , nothing! I call the finance company (West lake financial) they said that Empire auto in San Jacinto had cancelled out the contract with wlf and asked how they could do that if they had already financed us they said they've been having problems with this dealership cancelling out customers finance contracts and keeping their down payments. Talk about Shady !!!! If you buy a car from here but hopefully you dont be careful!! also this was very good info for me but if this has happened to you , you need to fill out a complaint form with the california dmv investigation . You can find them on dmv online or call the dmv. They are not regular dmv reps these guys even carry guns they're like cops and also work closely with calif highway patrol.

The worst mechanic I have ever had service done at. My car shut off and wouldn’t start and I called because my car wouldn’t start and I didn’t feel safe driving it “well you can tow it” I already didn’t want to go in because of the service even though they have a tow flat, but parents insisted. I was first told it was the alternator and battery, over $800. Two days later the car did the same thing. I called after a couple days to check on the car, Mark answers and is the snottiest person I’ve ever spoke to. “Didn’t you just call on Friday?!” So tf if I did you’re being paid for the SECOND time for the same issue and he charged us another $200* dollars for a throttle cleaning. My car is now even worse after this jerk worked on it, I refuse to let him touch it again. When I get gas now the car will not start and the car is still having the same problem but worse. He is incompetent, rude and a con artist. I will never recommend anyone to this joke of a mechanic. If you want to lose over 1k and your car come out worse this is the place. Im pissed.
