These guys failed to speak to me after the repair they did failed. Don't go there!

This place is not good!!!! Biggg..... SCAMMERS! My husband and I bought a car a few months back and 2 days later it broke down,they then gave us the run around about it not working and trying to get us into another car , they said that we had to get a car with them because if not we would lose our 3000.00 down so we were obligated at this point . We didn't want to lose our 3000.00 . anyhow about nearly 2 months later we get financed for another car and something we did not want by far, then about 3 weeks later they repo it unanounced like no phone calls why they took our car no correspondance by mail , nothing! I call the finance company (West lake financial) they said that Empire auto in San Jacinto had cancelled out the contract with wlf and asked how they could do that if they had already financed us they said they've been having problems with this dealership cancelling out customers finance contracts and keeping their down payments. Talk about Shady !!!! If you buy a car from here but hopefully you dont be careful!! also this was very good info for me but if this has happened to you , you need to fill out a complaint form with the california dmv investigation . You can find them on dmv online or call the dmv. They are not regular dmv reps these guys even carry guns they're like cops and also work closely with calif highway patrol.

Took my car to perris valley Kia service department 15 days ago and my car fell apart while I was driving it. After getting it towed there by Nick the service manager, Chris the service tech was very nonchalant and not very concerned about getting it fixed which was quite shocking seeing that he was the original service advisor. This place is just terrible and I will never take my car there again. Ps its still there and I was told that they don't know when they will get a chance to fix it. Ridiculous right?

HE SOLD MY DAUGHTER A CAR THAT WAS MESSED UP WHEN WE BOUGHT IT WE BOUGHT THE CAR MARCH 28 2013 AND STILL DON'T HAVE THE CAR AND JOHN SAID THEY WERE GOIN TO FIX IT BUT IT'S BEEN MONTHS SO NOW WE HAVE A LAWYER BECAUSE I REFUSE TO TAKE THAT SHIT FORM ANYONE PAYING A CAR NOTE ON A CAR YOU DON'T HAVE IS B.S.AND IT'S GOING TO BE JULY AND STILL NO CAR.... They are not BBB accredited! They do not abide by their warranties/ contracts! They are sketchy! I was recommended to P&G from sals auto mechanic in fontana, I have a toyota celica Gt 01 that had sucked up water into the intake. I needed a new engine. Sal had told me that this was the place to go. Alex, the owner had quoted me a fair price to install a new 1zz motor (the same kind my car comes with originally) he also said he could switch the position of my intake so that it wouldn't suck up water again.(He didn't) The job was to take 7 days and cost me $2200 with a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty on all parts and labor. However, upon initial payment of $1100 and 12 days later. I called Alex and he said I needed a new air control valve because the car wouldn't idle right, he also said he needed to install a new "knock sensor", something I've never heard of before. It would cost me an additional $250 and another day of work, I said okay. I just wanted my car fixed. Finally after about 12 days and after I paid the $1450 I got my car back, I understand that cars with new engines have a "break in" period of 3 or 4 months for it be in top condition; so I made sure to drive with caution and made sure not to accelerate over 3000 rpms in between gears. After 1 month, my check engine light came on and my temp was spiking. I took it back to Alex and he said I needed a new temp coolant sensor. I paid $125 for the part and he installed the part. The problem did not go away. Not even a day later the light came back on and he said it was suppose to be a different sensor. He told me he charge me for this new mystery sensor, but after he installed it the problem seemed to be gone. I drove my car for 2 months before I got an oil leak. I took it back and Alex told me it would cost $600 for a new head gasket and seals, he also said that he would not cover it under the warranty because it was because of overheating due to the temperature coolant sensor, the same one that he installed 2 months before! Be warned! This company is not BBB accredited! They are sketchy! And they do not abide by their warranties/ contracts!

LOVE Nobert's Auto Service! Nolbert himself owns and runs the place! VERY VERY....did I say VERY HONEST! GREAT friendly service....They get the job done right......The price is so fair.....and DID I say HONEST? LOL Highly recommend! I drive almost an hour to have my car serviced here! Been going for years and a lot of my family and friends now go too!

We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles.
