Advantage Automotive diagnosed my problem, explained the repair needed and had the job done in the time and cost quoted. The worst mechanic I have ever had service done at. My car shut off and wouldn’t start and I called because my car wouldn’t start and I didn’t feel safe driving it “well you can tow it” I already didn’t want to go in because of the service even though they have a tow flat, but parents insisted. I was first told it was the alternator and battery, over $800. Two days later the car did the same thing. I called after a couple days to check on the car, Mark answers and is the snottiest person I’ve ever spoke to. “Didn’t you just call on Friday?!” So tf if I did you’re being paid for the SECOND time for the same issue and he charged us another $200* dollars for a throttle cleaning. My car is now even worse after this jerk worked on it, I refuse to let him touch it again. When I get gas now the car will not start and the car is still having the same problem but worse. He is incompetent, rude and a con artist. I will never recommend anyone to this joke of a mechanic. If you want to lose over 1k and your car come out worse this is the place. Im pissed.
