Had transmission rebuilt here while it was in business and less than 8k miles it lost second gear. Then two weeks after they had my car again found the gps stolen out of it took it home and the transmission failed 4k miles later on the way to LA! They are not in business but I want to get together people who want to file a class action suit against the owners of what was once Blizard transmission.

We had an oil change done at Midas on 9-12-17. On 3-17-18 after only 1600 miles on the oil change the filter fell off the car. We had to have our car towed to Lithia Ford where they informed us the oil filter fell off as it was not the correct filter for our car. Ford Found the filter laying on a panel that protects the engine. Midas installed a Napa Filter Part Number 21358 and our 2015 Ford Fusion requires Part 21348MP. Midas Manager Chris Perkins said the filter had no damage and so they are not liable. OK I agree there is no damage, so explain how an oil filter falls off a car then. Chris said there is no explanation. I can explain, Ford sent us pictures showing Midas had installed the wrong Part. We even went as far as go to Napa and get a quote for a filter for our vehicle to see the part number. Again Midas put the wrong part on our car. I have contacted Midas Corporate offices as this is a Franchize. I have also filed a report with bureau of automotive repair, and will be filing with consumer affairs. In addition I will also file a small claims to get a judgement for out of cost expenses and replacement of damaged car parts. I just want other out there that have issues with the Midas in River Park to file claims themselves. We tried to work with resolving this issue but Midas decided to not fix the issue. This is one of many websites I will be writing reviews to further inform the public about this business.

These people took $$$$ from me to transfer title of a vehicle I purchased. I have still not received the DMV title documents and their phone is now disconnected and there is no forwarding number.

This is by far one of the worst businesses i have ever encountered with. They say one thing and do the opposite! i should have looked up their reviews!!! they promised to do things on the car that i had purchased, and kept avoiding fixing the problems!!! these men think that women that come alone are easy targets to scam! they are nice to you when they want to sell u a car, but then after, they want to treat u like scum! I highly DONT recommend them!!! they even charged me way above the kelly blue book for my car! im telling you, these men are crooks and they are dishonest!

I called numerous transmission shops to get estimates to have my transmission overhauled and Transmission City was any where from 50% to double the price most of the other shops were. They have a nice shop but MAN are the customers paying for that shop to be nice. I would not have them touch my car because the would probably charge me and arm and a leg to just open my hood. Don't be fooled by their salesman or the looks of their shop, call around and you will see for yourself how many other shops can beat their price by far

Worst car buying experience of my life ! Have been lied to from day one, promises never kept. They promised to fix a few things when I bought it, it took over 2 weeks of me calling for them to finally get my car in, they had my car for over 2 weeks, and everyday they said it would be done tomorrow, I finally asked for a rental and they gave me one that barely drove, finally got my car back and they did nothing to it, everything they promised to fix wasn't and their mechanic stole our stuff from inside our car! Also I have never received my license plates and its been over a month! Don't buy a car here you will regret it, I do!

I bought a new 07 Nissan Quest from Lithia Nissan of Fresno. At the time the closer sold me the warranty upgrade wich was 100,000 bumper to bumper. At 94,000 miles we took the van to the service center for an engine knock. They verfied the knock but said that nissan would not cover the repair because we were over miles on one of the oil changes. They said they called nissan, and nissan requested pictures of the engine. They said they would take the pics. and send them to nissan. If nissan decided not to cover the engine repair, Litha would charge me $450 for taking the pics. I had a bad feeling the warranty would not be honored, so I declined the pics. None of this made any sense to me. Litha verfied the problem and the van is under 100,000 miles. The warrany should cover the engine. Don't go to Litha, and don't buy a nissan.
