Still dealing with this nightmare. Eddie lied about everything with the car. Disaster. New head gaskets, new brakes, new water pump, new catalytic converter, new sensors Check engine light came on, horrible metel squeaking noise from wheels from the botched brake job he did. ALL WITHIN WEEKS OF PURCHASE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. We stupidly ignored the warning signs and red flags, he even brought his kid along and said "I'm just trying to feed my kid" when we tried to negotiate on price. We made several trips to him, he acted like each meeting was a huge problem for him. He was reluctant to have us have a mechanic look at the car first. He wouldn't make time for us to have a complete review of the car. He promised things were in order and we begged him to be upfront with us as this was a huge purchase for us. WARNING He said his "people" just did the brakes. When we brought the car into our mechanic they all had to be replaced and there were missing parts! There were parts that were missing from the reassembly. Also he said his "people" painted part of the car and they didn't put the doors back on correctly so they vibrated and rattled non stop. We have been to the mechanic over 6 times - adding THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS REPAIRING the car we bought. It's been a horrible year because of his lies and cheating people. Overcharged us for the registration, misspelled info so all paperwork had to be redone ( our cost and time) nothing went well, he rips people off.

I came to this lot after I found a truck they had on the internet. All I can say is from the moment I got there the sales staff is really friendly, they don't mess around and there is no extra sales pitches. They worked with me and got me financing I needed with a really good monthly payment, There no nonsense easy going atmosphere was welcomed, also they were honest and absolutely no pressure what so ever to sum it up there easy going friendly and don't pressure or try and sell extras. I would have no problem recommending them mostly for no non sense, no pressure attitudes, the sales guys have the experience overall was very positive and in the future i could see myself buying from these guys again. I would rate these guys 5 stars. I went to at least four other used lots these guys were best by a huge margin. Chris Naquin

6625 Reseda Blvd Reseda, CA 91335 dealership was closed down in August of 2008. The owners, two Iranians who lived in Woodland Hills, Ca. at the time were not too happy to own this dealership. They were having major financial trouble and they refused to run the business by the law and rules of the Dodge Manufacturer itself. They filed for bankruptcy insurance to defer their loses and they held the deeds to over 51 Dodge Ram 1500 Quads, Club Cabs, LEnarmies, and many other MAKES and models. Millions of dollars in contracts already sold to their clients who lived all over California who were paying monthly payments and financing through their other finance company within this same property , The Dodge Finance credit office of this dealership. The story took off as this: Every truck that they had on a lease, or sold in a agreement of contract of financing it under a loan with a customer, anyone of their 73 customers they sold automobiles to in the up to 5 years prior to the year 2008 that they filed Chapter 11 upon, and their business license was actually closed by DODGE themselves, forced this privately owned dealership to close it's license after fraud was in question in the Automotive warentee shop place upon their property. The ones who bought a truck or auto from this Dodge at 6625 Reseda Blvd Reseda, CA 91335 between the years 2003 and 2008 were the ones who this Dodge files Bankruptcy upon and the insurance company refused to collect the remaining lease contracted agreement of payments owned in balances to the owners of ResedaDodge, Inc. located at: 6625 Reseda Blvd Reseda, CA 91335 . Therefore, when the Bankruptcy was finalized and their business licensed of the Professional Occupations by the county of Los Angeles was REVOKED from illegal activities proven within the Manufacturer of Dodge, they closed down their shop, doors, and all of the truck lease owners auto payments stopped, the customers who bought from them received letters by the Reseda Dodge

The best in the Valley, excellent customer service, the owner is so kind, he will take care of the customer and your car, when I need to do oil change (synthetic) I go to him, and for my tires I think I bought 3 sets of tires with him for a good price. He is the Man. -Mike D.

We moved to southern California in 1992 and a couple coworkers recommended Wards to us. We started taking our cars there, and would never go anywhere else now. They are low key and never try to sell us something we don't need, they're friendly, reasonable, and happy to give us a ride to or from the house even though we don't live close to the shop. They have saved us money numerous times by telling us when something is still under warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership; they could have done the work, charged us, and we'd have never been the wiser. But that's not the way they do business! Our daughter had car trouble on a trip and her car was towed to the nearest garage. She didn't understand what they were telling her needed to be done so she called Jim to ask his advice. He offered to call and speak with them himself and then explain the problem to her in lay terms and help her decide what to do--no charge for his time even though he got nothing out of it. Over the years, we've taken several different brands and styles of cars to them and they've never failed us. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else's care! They are the absolute top of their field.
