Auto repair service near Green Valley Lake, CA

I took my Isuzu Trooper to this guy and had to take it back 3 times because it continued to leave me stranded. I had to pay for two tow trucks to get it back to the shop. I was lucky enough that a friend towed it back on his flat bed the third time. The last time I took it in, the owner told me that he would have to send the transmission to a "specialist" because he didn't have the equipment necessary to fix the problem. A "specialist"...I thought that he was a transmission specialist! I loss $1,500 dollars because of his incompetence. I sold my truck and the buyer returned it the next day when the transmission gave out driving down the hill! I sold the truck again, but instead of $9,500, I got $8,000 for it from a different buyer. This guy and his shop are a joke. Why didn't he tell me that he didn't have the proper equipment to begin with?! I should have taken my business to Central Transmission!

I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Auto Source in Banning. My experience was great! the salesman was awesome, and worked with me when other dealerships wouldn't . NO NOT USE WOODCREST AUTO. Dropped 2004 Dodge Dakota with clicking noise. After $250 in labor just to diagnose it they said it was a guide to the timing chain. Here comes the scam! So a timing chain now turns out I need to replace three, I found a kit with everything I need for $400 but they of course broke it up individually and charged accordingly. The three chains from them was $448 which after doing research I didn't need to replace chains but they made me think I did. It was a bad guide which came in a kit but they charges me 3 individual guides even though only one was bad, another $200. Recommended replacing the oil pump that didn't need replacement for $250 which the most expensive I found was $139. They said I needed valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, oil, coolant, etc. What I thought mentioned over the phone was $1100-$1200 was $2200+ so over $1000 profit! The same name used in positive feedback (Marc) is 100% staged! 100% scam artists! Could have bought a new engine for that amount!
