Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! They did not put paper mats on the floor of the car or cover the seats. I had oil on the side of my car and on the driver mat. The service rep Jim was rude and this was not the first time. I called and asked for a manager to call me back with no response. Lack of response screams volumes.
