Probably the most honest place in town. I came because Econo Lube told me I needed new brakes which sounded fishy since they were about a year old. Came here and after a few minutes they said I didn't need them. They just needed some tweaking and cleaning. Boom! Worked like new, no more terrible noise, they wouldn't even take my money. I TOOK A CAR TO AMERICAN AUTOBODY AND REPAIR PER A RECOMMENDATION. I ASKED THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT THE NOISE WAS IN THE ENGINE ON 2/29/2012. THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS 500.00. I WAS TOLD IF I HAD THE CAR FIXED THERE MY TOWEING WOULD BE FREE. [NOT] AFTER A COUPLE MONTHS WENT BY I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. NO PHONE CALLS NO CONTACT WITH ME. I WENT THERE WITH MY SONS AND DAUGHTER IN LAW IN APRIL 20,2012 AND THE MAN WHO WAS THERE WAS TELLING ME IT WOULD COST ME 7000.00 DOLLARS TO FIX THE ENGINE AS IT NEEDED A LONG BLOCK. I TOLD THEM TO LOOK AROUND. THEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER COUPLE OF MONTHS. IN OR ABOUT MAY I TALKED TO CAMERON AND TOLD THEM TO JUST PUT THE CAR BACK TOGETHER. THEY SAID THEY FIXED THE LIFTERS , CHARGED THE BATTERY, CHANGED THE FLUIDS. CHAIN TENSIONER EGL HEAD SET, CHAIN GUIDE,SMOGGED THE CAR WHICH PASSED, GAS FILTER, RE SURFACED VALVE JOB. THIS TOTAL CAME TO 2245.00 DOLLARS. THE NOISE IN THE ENGINE WAS STILL THERE. THESE PEOPLE COULDNT LOOK ME IN THE EYE WHEN THEY TALKED TO ME. I FIANALLY GOT MY CAR BACK IN MAY 2012. THIS IS NOT I SAY NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANY ONE. AND WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE CROOKS AND I' LL TELL YOU WHY. I FOUND A MECHANIC THAT IS WORKING ON MY CAR NOW AND FOR A LONG BLOCK I'M ONLY BEING CHARGED 1750.00 DOLLARS. WHERE DID 7000.00 DOLLARS COME FROM. CROOKS I SAY CROOKS. Ive been a Good Year Shopper over 20yrs.Bought many tires from them.Its too Bad they dont honor the warrantys anymore.I also bought a battery alittle over a year ago .Its now not working they want too charge other fees just to check battery out.Which if you take to Auto Zone no problem.So its really sad that Good Year Doesnt honor their word.Im no longer to shop with them.The part that made me most Mad wasw when Manager said didnt i just see you acouple days ago i remember this car.What was he trying to say,ive never even brought battery back.I think its a case where Men dont think women know what their talken about when it comes to cars.

Erik and his staff give a whole new meaning to honesty, customer care, and quality service. They stand behind their warranty 100% without question. The car went in for a secondary air problem. This was fixed, but the fix caused related problem. Without question, Erik had his master mechanic fix it completely, including all other unexpected related problems to avoid another trip to the shop all under the original warranty. He ensured that only the best service would be done and the car would be fixed perfectly. Any other service center would have tried to skirt around the warranty and force the customer to pay. Took the behicle back for an oil change and they discovered a leak in the coolant line. They fixed it perfectly. Unknown to them, the part was defective. They have fixed it without question and within one day. They are always honest and respectful with their customers. You can not go wrong using this establishment, and highly recommed you use this Firestone service.

Having my car repaired at Finishline is like having my brother take care of my car. They serviced my car in a timely manner, let me know I did not need brakes when I thought I did, even checked my spare tire pressure (which was flat) and updated my GPS for no charge. It is great to know I have my very own pit crew!
