I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. When it came to the work. they were very detailed and true experts. The work was flawless. Very friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5 more stars as they are a cut above the rest. I had the most annoying squeaking noises coming from my front brakes. Elite Lexus service center diagnosed the problem over the phone which was from using aftermarket Lexus brake pads. I made an appointment the same day to have my Lexus brake pads replaced with original Lexus parts. The brakes are now as silent and I don't have to pretend not to hear these noises from my Lexus brakes. I would recommend this place for their knowledgeable Lexus specialist.

You bet I would recommend Dr Ttrans. how do you really know if a business really does stand behind their work? I took my 2003 Toyota in for a complete transmission rebuild just over 3 years a go in June of 2009, I have had no trouble the entire time with the transmission that Dr Trans rebuilt for me. But just last week I thought I had ad issue with slamming when it changed gears. So I took it back to Dr Trans. they put it up on the rack made a some sort of adjustment and I have been good to go for the last week. The actual transmission was out of warranty, but Chris made the adjustment for free and had I taken my truck in like I should have for that last years free adjustment I probably would not of had this problem anyway. What a great place to do business with, in a day when folks put you on hold ,play loud music you don’t like, and give you solutions that only cost you more money… Dr trans stands behind their work and were nice enough not to charge me dime when they could have. I told the owner Chris that I would post an on-line comment. You will see this post in several places because of Dr Trans great transmission service. Thanks guys again. Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. I love FTS because I can trust them. That's a big thing for me when going to see a mechanic, especially for the first time. They have the most incredible reviews and I got a glowing referral for their services. They lived up to ALL the hype. I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. I really appreciate that! They also worked quickly and got me in with little notice and completed my service before the estimated time. I will definitely be back to FTS, in fact, I have my other car scheduled for this week. :)

This place rocks. I took my car here for a complete engine rebuild, (already weary that I was using someone new to completely redo my engine) however, Thomas had good reviews from friends of mine. When I went I knew I was in good hands. He even made some minor repairs at no additional cost & now my car runs good as new. She has over 250,000 miles on it, but drives like brand new. I had all four tires aligned at Motec and I'm very happy with their work. They were friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing. They were very careful with my Boxster and now the car handles great. I recommend these guys for doing alignments and they charge a fair price. Some places wanted to double the price just because it was a Porsche. Glad I went here and will go back there again when I need an alignment done.

We just stopped to look at used certified cars for our 16 year old daughter. We didn’t want to spend too much and wanted low miles and gently used. We were greeted by Jojie Delfin with a great customer service attitude, what else would you expect from a sales person. We explained what we wanted and of course they said they had exactly what we were looking for. Well surprisingly they did and they worked with us and gave us what we truly felt was a great price and even added some extra’s. Both Jojie and the sales manager were professional and A+ on making the customer happy. When we got to the finance department Fadi was again professional and A+ customer service. I will certainly recommend Pacific Honda to my friends and family.

Took my 2012 Nissan Maxima here for an oil change and 115,000 mile service in June. I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was “uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment”. Well 2 months later I just took my car into a shop down the street to get my front brake pads replaced and they informed me that they are at 8 mm and need no service at this time. they also said that my tires need to be replaced but there is NOT any uneven wear or tear. This is fraudulent business practice.

THE REPAIR THEY PERFORMED DID NOT LAST A MONTH! THEY TOLD ME TO "BE CAREFUL" WHEN I PICKED MY DURANGO UP (AND PAID CLOSE TO $900) I ASSUME THAT TO "BE CAREFUL" MEANT IF I WASNT CAREFUL, THE REPAIR WOULD HAVE TO BE DONE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT THE CAR WAS A DEATH TRAP. THEIR REPAIR BROKE WHILE I WAS ON THE 52 WEST, COMING HOME FROM WORK. I WAS GOING 55 MPH ON A STRAIGHT PATH IN DRY WEATHER WHEN MY RIGHT FRONT END SUDDENLY DROPPED, CAUSING ME TO ROLL 2 1/2 TIMES ACROSS ALL LANES OF TRAFFIC, ONLY STOPPING WHEN I HIT THE EMBANKMENT. I WAS TRAPPED IN MY DURANGO, UPSIDE DOWN, SEAT BELT STUCK AND AIR BAG DEPLOYED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, MY CAR WAS TOTALLED. THANKFULLY, THIS ROLLOVER ACCIDENT DIDN'T RESULT IN MULTIPLE DEATHS. I HAVE INJURIES I AM STILL BEING TREATED FOR 10 MONTHS LATER AND I LOST MY VEHICLE. I DIDN'T HAVE FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE BECAUSE IT WAS AN OLDER VEHICLE. CLAIREMONT AUTO CARE REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY I SPENT FOR THE REPAIR --ALMOST $900. LIKEWISE, THEY WOULDN'T REIMBURSE ME FOR THE LOSS OF MY VEHICLE WHICH I HAD ONLY PURCHASED 9 MONTHS EARLIER FOR 2K. THEY DID OFFER TO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE REPAIR BILL, IF I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM. I WOULD NEVER KNOWINGLY DRIVE ANY CAR THEY HAVE WORKED ON AGAIN. GUESS WE WILL BE GOING TO COURT. BY THE WAY.... THE ACCIDENT WAS SO TERRIFYING, I DIDN'T DRIVE AGAIN FOR SIX MONTHS. I DONT KNOW IF I WILL EVER DRIVE COMFORTABLY AGAIN.
