Auto repair service near Rialto, CA

Took my car to perris valley Kia service department 15 days ago and my car fell apart while I was driving it. After getting it towed there by Nick the service manager, Chris the service tech was very nonchalant and not very concerned about getting it fixed which was quite shocking seeing that he was the original service advisor. This place is just terrible and I will never take my car there again. Ps its still there and I was told that they don't know when they will get a chance to fix it. Ridiculous right?

1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. They make sure that they take care of you nice and fairly and that you feel comfortable with them so you will come back. And I will def come back. -Jared Wu

Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Brian was really cool and we had a friendly conversation while Mynor was fixing my tire very quickly. Probably the best experience I had at a car service location. Highly recommend! Jose Jimenez

I have been a loyal client of Bauer for many years now. Their services are top knotch and always timely!They have very fair pricing, kind staff, and a great place to sit and relax if you need to kill some time. My 2001 Audi has been fully service by them, everything from fixing the window regulators, to coolant leaks, to sensors and tire rotations!They put their customers first, and Andreas makes sure to do whatever he has to, to make his clients happy. I have always taken my vehicles to the dealers for service but this place came highly recommended and so I gave it a try. The service and price were great. The owner and office staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the price savings when compared to the dealership is significant! Bonita P

This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...
