These dumb asses Had my much needed work automobile for over 2 weeks. With the only initial timeline being a couple days. They Didn’t follow through with communication or deadlines. O had to contact them over and over with no response. I Paid extra to hurry parts along and there was still a delay! Its Still not running and according to them my only option was to tow it somewhere else or be without a vehicle for who knows how much longer. Real professional! Get a mechanic that knows what they are doing! If I wanted to pay someone to lie to me and make me suffer and lose money I would get back with my ex! Obviously they shut down anything reviewed other than 5 star reviews. No place exists that is perfect. It’s a sham and a sorry excuse for a good business model. Not a service at all. Just a total bullshit joke!!! My 10 yr old could take the truck apart and rebuild it in with all new parts in that amount of time. Horrible service and lack of respect for the people paying them. Beware!!! Don’t get taken by uneducated swindlers

FRAUD!!! Contracted for a 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible from National City Auto Center. Initially via phone and internet and then via written and bank reps. The internet site carsforale.com and the dealers own web site showed many pictures of the car showing off the gorgeous oversized chrome wheels of the car and a detailed description noting (quote) "It's large SHINNING RIMS will complement the glimmer of the SILVER STEEL METALLIC exterior under the san Diego sun," Spoke to the sales man, Edgar, over the phone who reviewed the car with me and how nice the car was and how nice the wheels were. I made an offer that was accepted, papers were sent with no exclusions noted, I signed and sent them back as asked by the sales manager (Mike), forwarded all paper work to my bank, got the loan, over- night delivered the check and was told the car would be transported out the next day. Two days after the car was to be on its way by transport I get a call from the Sales Manager (Mike), stating they decided to take off the chrome wheels and replace them with a standard OEM wheel / hub caps. I stated to him and followed it up with an email and fax that I wanted the car as pictured and described. He wrote back stating at that price agreed to he could not include the wheels but if I wanted to purchase some.. I did contact the attorney general office and have papers to file a complaint for an investigation. I did tell Mike this and asked for the owner to call me. Mike’s response was "They do things the right way" and “this is not illegal". Based on what I know and what counsel has told me. I think others with differ with Mike's opinion.

TOTAL SCAM!!! They buy cars that appear good to the eye but there are the worse cars in the market (trouble cars, salvage cars, ...). They sell them without telling the customer about it. Their cars had "bad accidents" and the owner repairs the cars without telling the insurance so it doesn't show in the Carfax report. Second if the car has been a rental car the dealer by law must tell the buyers, well not for them, they keep the information for themselves! So at the end you can get a terrible car for a high $$$!!! Safe the trouble and do not do any business with them. The manager Gerardo doesn't speak any english and he doesn't care if you get a bad car or not, the only thing he cares is to get your money $$$!!! __________________________________________________ __________ NO VAYA A ESTE LUGAR!
