Mario is knowledge and ready to help you to get your problem fixed. As always i have been taking my work to him almost 10 plus year, he handles my fleet with care. If you own sprinter take it to him in the area, will be lot less than the dealer. He got good team of mechanic and they are ready to help you.. good communication.. I took my SUV to the dealership for 10 years for its routine service, then (once the warranty wore off) I wised up and decided to visit a shop instead. My dad recommended Bergin's, and I'm so glad he did. These guys are the best. From the customer service to their expertise, I don't believe it gets any better. They're always efficient and communicative. They've given me a heads up to expect to have to replace/repair XYZ during my next oil change, which is so extremely helpful with budgeting. You guys rock! You picked up the car from our home, took care of biz, texted me a pic of an update. I called and told me that the running light actual holder/bracket burnt out. All in all, still $100 to repair about and you guys dropped it back in the afternoon. Super nice, super convenient with all that's going on with quarantine. I left a positive review on Yelp and posted on Nextdoor that you guys are open. You should maybe let me people know your max radius for pick up/drop off - not sure if it is noted anywhere, luckily I'm just down the street. Thank you! -Jeff

I can't say enough about Bill's. They are truly amazing. We're all too aware of the horrible reputation "auto shops" have had for years and we're also turned off by the grotesque price gouging you get from dealerships. Neither of these realities pertains to Bill's Quality Auto. These guys are Top Notch. They maintain the highest AAA Standards and the community just loves them. They are so amazing, honest and highly trained that they are THE recommended automotive care facility for The 805 Foundation. Had a terrific experience with them. I live in Arizona and bought a car in California that needed major engine repairs. I was told by one mechanic it needed a new engine yet they were able to repair it without having to replace it. The owner and his mechanic are very knowledgeable and responded very quickly to me with any questions. He worked with me as far as being out of state and was able to keep my car until I was able to get to California to pick it up at no extra charges. I highly recommend this establishment. The reason I chose to go with him was they had previously repaired another car for me about six years back with the similar issues from Kia, as far as the dealership telling me I needed a new engine when I actually did not. Dependable Car Care definitely saved me a lot of money and they also gave me a warranty for 36,000 miles or three years whichever comes first.

Again ABC steps up to the plate! I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST. A day after installing a tow kit onto my car, the turn signal fuse kept blowing. Took it back to the tow hitch company but they couldn't find a problem. Took it to a general auto repair place where they charged me $105 to replace a couple fuses but said they could not see any problem. Finally, I say ok - I am going to take it to a professional place - MAN, AM I GLAD I DID and GLAD I WENT HERE. This guy is Excellent. Reasonable price, fast completion time, friendly service. Gives me faith in the auto repair industry that there are actually nice, honest repair places. If you need repair of electrical, don't go to a general repair cause they probably know as much as you.... take it to this place... you will be glad you did.

AWS Automotive has been very helpful to me . Anytime I need repairs or just general service on my vehicle they take the time to explain to me (in terms that I can understand since my mechanical knowledge is limited) what i need to have done. Their work is excellant and always completed when promised at a fair price. I have never felt pressured there, only reassured that they were looking out for my car as if it was one of their own family members car.

I went in while I was getting my oil change out of curiosity I asked the price for there window tint they gave me a good price I also asked about a stereo they had on the shelf it was a pioneer they told me all the functions and what it did they showed it to me on there display they showed me that I was in good hands I just applied for there financing and I got approved that same day I got the stereo and my windows tinted I strongly recommend this shop to anyone that needs window tint and/or a Stereo at a good price
