MY daughter is stationed at Travis AFB. I am in SC ( 3000 miles away ). But when she has a problem she calls immediately. Her transmission was dying. I felt comfortable with our conversation. My daughter took her 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 to them. They did an inspection and testing and told us what it would cost to fix it. They fixed the transmission and also helped her out with a couple other preexisting issues and recommended a good general mechanic for repairs outside their equipment capabilities.
