Oil change was done while I waited. No problems.

Customer service was a bit of mix and not consistent. The repairs that were done by Accurate on my vehicle were not accurate and I'm still running into the same issue. The first suggested repairs did not work, so I came back for the 2nd time. They suggested something else, for that replaced and still didn't address the initial issue - so I paid for 2 separate charges and didn't help fix my car. I don't have confidence that they will be able to accurately diagnose and repair if I were to bring into my car again, and then having to pay for another separate charge on something that doesn't have to be replaced.

Heard of First Class Truck and Auto Service Inc before and thought I would have them check out my coolant leak. The owner and GM were very nice and made me feel comfortable. The mechanic brought me back to my truck to show me where the coolant leak was coming from & he was very polite about it.
