Auto repair service near Grand Junction, CO

First, they tried to tell me my brand new shocks needed replaced. (It was almost funny to hear the service writer stammer and back peddle when I asked him why new shocks needed replaced). I paid for new rear (parking)breaks. They never touched the right side. Left side was removed but doesn't look like it is new. Paid for an oil change and lube. I still have black dirty oil. None of the grease zurks were touched. Paid for a new pitman arm and alignment. Truck will barely stay in it's lane. Drives way worse than it did before Scotty's worked on it. Service writer Matt acted very rude and disinterested in even acknowledging me both when I brought the truck in and when I picked it up. Stay away from this place.

These guys are over the top great with service and thoroughness. They not only took care of the problem on my truck, they gave it a thorough check over and then kept my truck for 2 weeks while I was out of town. I got in late on a Sunday, they showed up to give me my keys and then they called my home to make sure I got home okay. They were in constant contact with my wife with reports on the truck. I appreciate their personal people relationship service.

We have had nothing but the runaround from this shop and the owner. Thousands have been spent to rebuild Dodge 1ton transmission. It's never been correct. I could go on forever about the excuses for it not being correct. Each time spending more money and not fixing the issue. It has set for weeks and weeks at their shop and finally got it back and it lasted a few weeks and 5 gear went out again. Won't warranty his work or answer the phone. Totally abandoned a paying customer. Stuck with a broke truck and a huge bill that was paid. Beyond frustrated. I wouldn't take my lawn mower to these guys. May file suit.. Beware!!!!!!!

they left me stranded with no mode of transportation. their shuttle service refused to pick me up at the end of the day. they refused to explain why this happened. they did come the next morning at 9:00 am. unbelievable & inexcusable.
