I have to ask a question before my review. According to the service center here this is how a seat warmer is supposed to work. The question is DOES YOURS ?? You turn your seat warmer on and it get hot and sometimes doesn't stay on that long and then all of the sudden the power to the whole seat warmer goes out and the only way you can turn it back on to get it to work is to turn your car off and then turn it back on and hope the power stays on long enough to warm you up before the power goes off again and you have to stop and start you car again to get it to work ????? According to the service center here (I kid you not) told me and my wife that is how it is supposed to work. !!?I've owned other Hyundai's and other car's not Hyundai's and NEVER had a seat warmer do this !! I can't help but think because my wife brought the car in for service that this is an issue of discrimination because she is a woman. Any way my review is below. This review is of there service Department. We have a 2014 Hyundai Sonata 2.0 turbo. First thing is this is the second time We've brought our car in 2 times for these problems !!!! Our passenger seat heat warmer keeps losing power and we can't get it to come back on until we shut our car off and turn it back on. It will start to warm up and then all of the sudden the power to the button to turn the seat heater off and on or up or down will NOT WORK till I turn the car off and on. The service advisor and the "tech" that looked at the car said THIS IS HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK !!!!! So if your driving down the highway and your passenger needs the seat warmer on you have to pull over, turn your car off and start it back up, and then turn the seat warmer back on. They stood there with a straight face and said yes that how it work !!! I've had many cars with seat warmers and NEVER had a seat warmer do that. Does anyone else's seat warmer lose power and you have to turn off the car and then start it again to get it to work like they say my car does ? And they say that is the way my seat warmer is supposed to work ?? When I called the national customer service line to report them the tech on the phone was laughing as I told him this story because he couldn't believe that they told that is how there cars work. 2nd issue was the check engine light keep coming on and when we take it in and this time they said the gas cap wasn't tight. I call BS on this. But it says right on the cap to tighten to your hear a click. You can't tighten it any more then that. They had the #*^* to say we didn't tighten it. Again the guy laughed when I made the complaint. Use there service center at your own risk. This is not to mention how rude they were to my wife and can't help but think they said and did this just because she was a women and was the one who brought the car in.
