George at Alpine fit me right in and made sure to keep me informed with everything going on. They were terrific. Having the stupid warning light on and having my car running so badly was really a pain. George had me on the road with new brakes and my engine problem fixed in a couple hours. They are great at what they do. Thank you.

This is a very honest and trustworthy family run business! The shop owner is very knowledgeable and has helped keep my car running in tip top shape at a very reasonable price! They are fair and don't sell you things you don't need on your car like other mechanics do. The front staff is welcoming and very friendly. I would refer this place to anyone looking for a honest and reliable mechanic!

Excellent service by Jessica. She spent a lot of time hunting down parts and found it, even when two dealers said the part was not available. The service is a little pricey, but well worth it because of the expertise the whole team displayed. Our was very experience and worked to save us some $$$ on parts and did a nice job and didn't do unnecessary work and explained it (through Jessica) so we understood what was going on. Great service!

Run - don't walk - away from this place. Run like a rabid dog is chasing you! I took my S40 here because it's close to my house. I asked for an oil change, a new strut to hold up my hood, new brake pads, and a quote on the turn signal auto-shut-off gizmo. I was clear that the first three things were authorized, and I'd wait on the quote to decide on the turn signal. After several hours I got a call from the order-writer Larry telling me I needed a new CV joint and an air filter, too. He also quoted me on $182.50 for the turn signal gizmo, to which I replied, "For a 182 bucks I can turn off my own signal!" and declined to have that fixed. He didn't tell me anything about the brakes, but I figured they just went ahead and did them since it was pre-authorized. Larry called later that day and said my car was ready. When I got there, they had done the CV joint, the hood strut and the $182 dollar turn signal gizmo, but not the brakes! I about had a heart attack and asked Larry to have that gizmo removed, stating that I couldn't afford to pay for that. He told me that they couldn't do it, and that I needed to talk to the owner. Larry spent a long time bamboozling me into paying for the gizmo and even knocked off $20. He gave me a sob story about how he was going to have to pay for it himself if I wouldn't, and that he'd get in trouble with the owner. Since it was late and I needed to be somewhere, I agreed. As I was driving home, I discovered that my radio antenna motor was grinding away (for like 30 seconds!) when I turned the radio on and off, and it had never done that before. Of course, the next day I realized that I'd been hoodwinked and called the owner, Mike Trevathan. He agreed to put my old turn signal part back in, so I took the car back to him. When I picked it up a few hours later I discovered that my steering wheel was not straight. It tilted left by about 10 degrees. Being the symmetry freak that I am, I knew that it had to be straightened out

My husband and I are pleased to endorse this repair shop. They had previously done some work on our Ford Explorer and we decided to give them a chance on our other vehicle. A full diagnosis was done on my Lexus IS250 and I was told up front how much it would cost along with a description of the items that needed immediate attention and others that could wait awhile. The sales manager, Ahsan, is very honest and runs the shop with absolute integrity. The service was as good as we would have received at Kuni Lexus for much less. The work was completed quickly and as promised. I plan to have Royal Automotive take care of all our maintenance and repair needs in the future. I really don't mind the drive from Lone Tree to Denver. They can work on practically anything--American cars to imports. I plan to recommend this shop to all my friends and clients in the future. I have to ask a question before my review. According to the service center here this is how a seat warmer is supposed to work. The question is DOES YOURS ?? You turn your seat warmer on and it get hot and sometimes doesn't stay on that long and then all of the sudden the power to the whole seat warmer goes out and the only way you can turn it back on to get it to work is to turn your car off and then turn it back on and hope the power stays on long enough to warm you up before the power goes off again and you have to stop and start you car again to get it to work ????? According to the service center here (I kid you not) told me and my wife that is how it is supposed to work. !!?I've owned other Hyundai's and other car's not Hyundai's and NEVER had a seat warmer do this !! I can't help but think because my wife brought the car in for service that this is an issue of discrimination because she is a woman. Any way my review is below. This review is of there service Department. We have a 2014 Hyundai Sonata 2.0 turbo. First thing is this is the second time We've brought our car in 2 times for these problems !!!! Our passenger seat heat warmer keeps losing power and we can't get it to come back on until we shut our car off and turn it back on. It will start to warm up and then all of the sudden the power to the button to turn the seat heater off and on or up or down will NOT WORK till I turn the car off and on. The service advisor and the "tech" that looked at the car said THIS IS HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK !!!!! So if your driving down the highway and your passenger needs the seat warmer on you have to pull over, turn your car off and start it back up, and then turn the seat warmer back on. They stood there with a straight face and said yes that how it work !!! I've had many cars with seat warmers and NEVER had a seat warmer do that. Does anyone else's seat warmer lose power and you have to turn off the car and then start it again to get it to work like they say my car does ? And they say that is the way my seat warmer is supposed to work ?? When I called the national customer service line to report them the tech on the phone was laughing as I told him this story because he couldn't believe that they told that is how there cars work. 2nd issue was the check engine light keep coming on and when we take it in and this time they said the gas cap wasn't tight. I call BS on this. But it says right on the cap to tighten to your hear a click. You can't tighten it any more then that. They had the #*^* to say we didn't tighten it. Again the guy laughed when I made the complaint. Use there service center at your own risk. This is not to mention how rude they were to my wife and can't help but think they said and did this just because she was a women and was the one who brought the car in.
