He posts the ad nation wide so customers either have the car shipped or travel a good distance to pick it up. By that time he has you where he wants you. He'll offer a small discount or he keeps your deposit, and you schlep it back home a little poorer. Either way he wins. He (Arti) is a predator, but so for he has gotten away with it. The money he swindles is not enough to merit a law suit from out of town. I bought a car from him that he describe as "clean and rust free", as it turns out the car is so badly rusted that it is a total loss ($3000 repair for a 2003 car is just too much). If I could post pictures here you would be shocked. Listen to reason, and go elsewhere.

The dealer was already closed, so she brought it Meineke who diagnosed many issues with the vehicle and said that the dealer only turned off the light. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They provide unsafe vehicles, they are a CHOP SHOP!
