As an individual with good mechanical knowledge as well as a car enthusiast my experience with Marc and Elite Auto Specialty has always been very satisfactory and pleasant. I went there for an oil change and got turned away for no apparent reason by the old decrepit man working in the office. There was no reason I simply asked: "Can I get an oil change and get someone to look at the engine, it's been having trouble starting" His answer: "No" Absolutely ridiculous. There's an auto shop directly across the street where they actually accommodated me and seem very friendly.

I trust Autoworks with both my Audi A4 and Jeep Cherokee. Had my brakes done recently at a good price and they work great! The owner is very honest with me about the bill and needed repairs. I'll be back.
