Auto repair service near North Branford, CT

Brought my car to diagnose antifreeze leak. When came back to pick up the car, it wouldn't start. They told me to leave the keys, so they could see what the problem was and fix it. The car was sitting on their lot for over six months. Calls were not returned, and every time I stopped by a hungover technician would just take my phone number again and promise that someone would give me a call. Only when I finally lost my patience and got into an argument with the owner they fixed the problem and started my car. When I drove it back home, parked on the driveway and tried to open the hood, I realized that the front of the car was damaged, and the hood won't open. Looks like while the car was sitting on their lot, they backed their tow truck into the front of my car causing damage. There is nothing I can prove at this point since I didn't notice it when I was picking the car up. Terrible customer service! Owner is deceitful, who cannot take responsibility for his actions. Stay away from that place.

I was on the road and discovered a coolant issue. I pulled into this station. They took care of me and did a thorough check of my coolant gage. I was a stranger. They served me in a friendly and respectful manner and did not charge me for the service. I was so relieved and thankful. What a breath of fresh air to get friendly customer service. Impressive
