We came in to the dealership to browse for a car. We were promptly greeted by a salesman named Chris who went on to surpass any and all or our expectations. We purchased that night, and our salesman stayed with us answering all of our questions. He was extremely thorough with everything we might ever need to know. We're very pleased with our purchase and the buying experience. We were treated like vip clients.

We had been looking for a used Impala for a long time before finding our new vehicle on their website. From there the process was easy. Chris answered all my questions over the phone including going out to check on specific car features for me. The price was competitive and the quality good. Cost was over $2,800. That is way too expensive for tires, brakes, inspection, and a tail light, nearly twice what I would have paid at my usual mechanic. As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

Bought the Truck off of E-Bay as a Serviced and Inspected Vehilce. 3 Hours after driving it home the brakes went on it. Vhehicle was brought to a reputable Ford dealership where the tires were taken off and brakes inspected. Dealership showed me the extent of the brakes, the Pads were crumbling off, the rotors were shot and the calipers frozen. Over $1000 to fix. Contacted Dimitry at J & H Auto Sales and all he could say is the Ford ealership was corrupt and he could get the parts cheaper but nothing was done. He spoke poor English and was impossible to communicate with. The next day the truck was fixed paying out of my pocket and the engine goes. The truck was towed back to the shop and this time the bill is $6,600 to fix and the warranty that J & H gave me with the truck doesnt cover anything. I have tried contacting them by phone, e-mail and text and I have received no help from J & H Auto Sales of Upper Darby PA.

This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.
