Headlights would sporadically just go out. Not good. Mechanic tested everything and found the problem. He replaced a defective part that is known to malfunction in the make and model of my vehicle. Everything is now fine. Once again, Edison Auto has not just met, but exceeded my expectations and at a fair and reasonable price. They never try to push unnecessary repairs. I found an add in the coupon book for a 39.00 Front End alignment. I thought I would take advantage of the deal. I was explained up front that was for a basic front end alignment. They took me right in and found I had a bad tie rod end. They showed me the part, gave me a price right up front. Kurt the Manager was great. Both Alex and his Father are top notch professionals. They are very cool to deal with and have a great knowledge at what they do. My wife and I have taken cars to Alex in the past and have always been pleased with their work and their attitude towards us. They have also looked at new vehicles for us before we bought them. Modern did a great job of diagnosing a pesky flashing air bag light. They had the computer diagnostic equipment to determine that it was a component of the driver's seat belt that was malfunctioning. A replacement part was quickly obtained and the repair completed. Price was fair. They have free WiFi for their customer's use. Recommend for all repairs. They handle more than air and transmission problems.

Napa Auto Parts on Cape Coral Pkwy run by Wes Dale is overall the best auto mechanic experience I have ever had! I was broke down on the interstate with a dead alternator/battery and Wes personally picked me up and towed me back home within the hour! He replaced my alternator within 2-3 hours and charged me way less for the tow and the part/labor than any dealer in town would have. Several weeks after this I hit a pole and tore off my front bumper, I brought it back to Wes and his staff, and again, within the hour it was fixed like new for practically nothing! I will continue to use their services from now on and am recommending to a family member in need of service. I often am terrified anytime I need to have my vehicle serviced because I am a woman who knows very little about auto mechanics and can get robbed very easily, so this is a big deal to me!!

Took my 2010 Charger in for oil change/service while they were checking tire pressure the service person broke the end of the right front tire pressure sensor when I ask them what they were going to do about it the manager told me it was my problem, They put my spare on and sent me down the road, over $ 200 later I was back were I started.

Scam artists! Customer beware. I went into Rick Johnson Auto & Tire to have a routine oil change. I had a coupon for $9.95 and the first red flag should have been that they could not do it for this price since my vehicle is a Honda and it requires 5W 30. They told me it would be $23.xx, I agreed. Then the person says they can do it right then and about 30 minutes later comes to get me and takes me out to the garage where my van was and tells me I have been driving on no oil and my vehicle is making funny sounds. I said I don't believe you, I have my oil changed every 3 months and I check it regularly, also, the oil light has NEVER come on!! He said that he could not do the oil change and unless I agreed to a diagnosis and repair of what was wrong he could not under any circumstances do anything. UGH!! I told him he was ripping me off and he said I can take my car if I want. So, I had to drive my vehicle about 1 mile to the nearest gas station and buy 5 quarts of oil to put in my van. I could not open the hood anymore, so I had a friend come and help me. Somehow my hood was latched in a way that I am still unable to unlatch it without some help and a lot of jiggling. It's been about 3 weeks now and I have been checking the oil regularly with help on the current hood issue. No oil loss. Yet, since that day, my vehicle make a very bad sound every time I start it. Ugh. It's sound like my engine is about to go. I am a single mom on a low income and these people destroyed my van. I don't know when the engine will go, but I do not have the funds to replace it. I wanted to call and say something but I knew they would do nothing and even if they diagnosed it they would not take blame for what happened. I would not trust them anyway to diagnose or fix it for free! I have to worry now daily how long will my car last? What am I going to do?? I am posting this review everywhere I can and reporting this company to the BBB. I am not just an angry customer with one bad experience, this was so corrupt and so wrong it is my duty to warn others.
