If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Paul came to my house and basically started immediately. The dent - which was actually more of a crease, was from the wheel well to the door. There were some tough areas to fix, but everything looks great now. I would highly recommend using Dent Repair USA. -Sidney

These guys are straight shooters that you can really trust. Willie and his crew fixed my GMC 1500 Denali when the dealership couldn’t get parts….I’m sure you’ve heard the excuses Covid this and Covid that. Well Willie doesn’t make excuses, he and his crew gets it done! Trust them before you trust a dealership!

They changed the timing belt water pump the belts were bad they reinstalled them never called me I have multiple vehicles I'm very disappointed and will not return

This is my car wash of choice. They do a fantastic job, very friendly staff, reasonably priced, and honest. While you wait you can watch TV, browse the little shop (they have the funniest cards!) or sit and read the paper while having a cup of coffee and a cookie! I have also had my oil changed there and wipers replaced. Now they even have a hot dog and ice cream shop, which I still have to check out. I just love going to get my car washed here. DON'T go to Pat's in Winter Haven. They are rude, dishonest and steal. Go to Wash Me Car wash on 544 you won't be disappointed!

i love the work these guys did for me, thsy did the job in a timely manner and it was the cheapest that i could find!! i got my transmission rebuilt over a two years ago and my car is still running in good shape!! i rcommend these guys to everyone.......

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. Kept putting me off. Made appointments to get the car looked at and they either called me to change the appointment or I actually arrived (after arranging my day to do this) and the owner himself says he can't work on my car today but wants me to come back YET AGAIN. It was enough. I suppose if I had had an expensive thing wrong with my car, they would have rolled out the red carpet. Went to another shop without an appointment and got the diagnostic. It took so little time. Wish I hadn't wasted my time with AAMCO in Winter Haven.

Came to Chev Center in because rattle under car and hissing. Classic Symptoms of bad catalytic converter. Causes over heating and poor fuel mileage. Worker did not check to see if catalytic converter was bad. Worker just brushed me off. Worker just treated a result of bad cat converter not the cause. When I asked about the rattle, worker just said caused by string hanging from door. Ha Ha. Coordinators who take info on cars are inexperienced and untrained. This lack of skill by those working on cars has cost me $800 in extra repairs so far and Cat Converter is not repaired.

I bought a ford explorer that had 9k miles on a rebuilt transmission from this shop and when I bought it the transmission was slipping into neutral so I took it into Mike and he couldn't determine the issue and said to drive it around until codes came up. The transmission started leaking and codes appeared so I took it back to them and they had it for six weeks before telling me I was all set and that the car was fixed. I drove it home and before leaving Recker Rd. it was slipping into neutral. By the time I got home there was transmission fluid all over the bottom. A local shop says that the front seal isn't seating properly and that my shifter linkage isn't connected properly. Now after two tows there and a whole lot of wasted time Mike says he doesn't want to work on the car! I'm sorry but a good shop would have never returned a car to a customer in this condition and certainly wouldn't leave them high and dry when this happens. My advice...find somewhere else to take your vehicle:(

We bought a car less than 30 days ago. Mazda 3 2013 with 14,000 miles. My daughter had saved all the money and purchased in cash. We felt good buying from a dealership in case we had problems and were presented with a clean CarFax. The car leaks through the windshield and engine compartment. Also the headlights dim when you slow down. We had noticed a smell the day of purchase and the sales person took it to the service department for 3 hours and had it checked out. I called Miracle Toyota and they said to bring it in. The sales person Sara Feliz would meet my daughter (18) in the service department. Today she took the car in as instructed, no sales person. The car needs to go to Mazda as it is still covered by a factory warranty. The dealership manager Richard Sanchez refused to provide a rental or loaner for what looks like an extended repair. My daughter is stuck with no car to drive to work or drive a car that might not be safe to drive. This is especially disheartening because my daughter bought the car with money she received from her father who died last year. These people are dishonest. Don't buy anything from them.
