Auto repair service near Freeport, FL

I was told that my nail in my tire was repaired. As I got back to my home state in Mississippi, it was low again. Local mechanic said it was in the sidewall and not fixable. COULD be coincidence and happened next day, but it was same tire and same pressure reading. Individual gentleman who welcomed me was wonderful, however. FYI.

Excellent Customer Service! Excellent quality of work! Excellent experience at Jimmy's! It truly shows that they value their customers. They treated us like a priority throughout our repair process where we were clearly informed about all the repairs and always had open communication with the staff about any concerns. They were upfront and honest about all the expenses and didn't mind "inspections" from my husband...quite frequently. EVERYONE is so friendly, helpful and patient. Avoid this place at all costs! I understand you can't choose where you have mechanical issues but you do not have to choose these incompetent technicians masquerading as mechanics. My fuel pump went out on my truck, not doing much research I call for the first tow service I found on Google. The guy towing me says I have to go to the guy at his shop. Sounds weird but I wanted to get back on the road. They totally took advantage of the situation charging me $600. Then to top it off when I get home (150 miles away) one of the fuel lines comes disconnected causing my truck to die in the middle of the road and I lose a half tank of gas. After calling them they said the only way they would reimburse me for this awful experience is if I have my vehicle towed all the way back to them. I spoke to the one that did the "work" and he said he wouldn't honor the warranty on his work even if a real mechanic gave me documentation stating that this incident occured through no fault of my own but in fact was a result of faulty installation. Absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure to comment on every public review forum I find these people at. Do yourself a favor, avoid them at all costs

He has had my Sons truck for over two weeks going to rebuild the transmission, called and told him it was ready after a week, so my son picks it up. Gets 10 mins down the road and it cutting off. Never done that before. He couldn't keep it cranked. Son calls the shop and the owner tells him..."I don't know buddy," my son tells him it needs to come back and the owner says "well if u can get it back!" I should have known better at this point but my son gets it back there to his shop in (the middle of no where ) this man has for another week at this point and we go to pick up 4/14/22 and 10 mins down the road ... Rpm bouncing and shutting off again and choking to stay on. Call owner he says some bs about he don't know, he thinks it is electrical and tells my son to unplug the brake line under the steering wheel. This guy is an idiot. We got it to another mechanic yesterday after noon and I will be pursuing him legally. He called my son and cussed him out telling him it was his fault and he was doing something to it My son is 17 years old and I was driving behind him He didn't do anything but trust this man knew what he was doing with his 1994 Chevy truck And he didn’t . He caused more issues then originally what was wrong .

WOMEN BEWARE!!!! I have personally taken our other three vehicles to this store to have tires installed that I purchased online without issue. HOWEVER, this is the first time I have sent one of my kids up there to have it done without prior coordination through myself. My 24 year old daughter was told $360 + tax to have tires installed, an oil change and three wipers installed. Having been a vehicle mechanic myself for 30 years, a UH-60 Blackhawk mechanic in the Army for 21 years, holding an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license to work on anything that flies commercially, I think I might know a thing or two about tires. However, as a 100% Disabled Veteran due to my service in Iraq, I cannot always take my college kids to the tire store. The people at this store told my daughter her alignment was out. I had the alignment done about a year ago and there was absolutely ZERO indication of an out-of-alignment condition with over 20k miles put on the vehicle since the last alignment. The people at this store also chose to preemptively quote her a replacement cost for all four TPMS sensors. These sensors are NOT required to be replaced with each tire replacement. Sure, one or two MIGHT be broken by an irresponsible shop, but they ARE NOT so fragile as to require a quote for replacement before the vehicle is ever pulled into the bay. This is a 2012 Ford Escape. These newer vehicles have highly durable TPMS sensors. While talking to the person at this store on the phone, I told him that I knew for a fact the alignment was good. He immediately went to the TPMS replacement. Didn't even indicate that the alignment was or was not needed, and it IS NOT needed since the vehicle doesn't pull AT ALL. Just went right to the TPMS. My daughter told me the manager walked away from this employee the second I got on the phone with him and would NOT come back to the phone. PLEASE get informed. PLEASE do not use this store for your needs unless you're a guy who knows something about cars because these people here will out right rip you off.

I have used this company for two years and always had excellent results. For my last detail, I met Adrian for the first time when he detailed my auto; AMAZING RESULTS!!! He and his staff are professional and thorough with a fair price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend anyone who needs this service go somewhere else. Sandra Garcia, who supposedly is the owner, is unprofessional and crooked. This includes her employees, for anyone that has tried or is doing business. There is a reason why they never return your calls, or consistently moving from location to location. Do not give them your money and if for some reason you just do not want to listen to my advice (that was the same mistake I did from a friend) due to Niceville Shower, glass and mirror cheap prices. There is a reason why there prices are soooooo cheap. Make sure they complete the job before you give them ANY amount of money or they will do everything in their power "to not complete" the job. I had to hire a lawyer to get my money back that they fought so hard to keep even though they never even started the job.
