Andrew's recived my truck on monday around closing time, called me wednesday to let me know what was wrong with it. I needed a whole transmission rebuild. Probably THE best business I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. Period. First took my van there in 2007 for an A/C problem, and a few months later I knew what a true gem they are when I needed a radiator repair they had the specialized equipment to do, which anyplace else might mean a long repair and big bucks. I (and my wallet) were very pleased: it was fast and affordable. That has continued over the years - every repair experience fast and affordable. Gulf Breeze Automotive has provided excellent service on our two cars, including solving a recurring electrical problem a blower motor that the dealer and another repair shop were unable to solve. I give them my highest recommendation.

My car was making a funny sound when I Would get into it when it was cold and go to take off but when I got home and Ohio there was a crossmember bent that was pinching everything so therefore it made a horrible noise. My car did not need an alignment. I did need a tire but the crossmember needed fixed, and when they had it up on the lift, they should’ve been able to fix it and not charge me $550 for two new tires and alignment when that’s not the problem.

I made a 1 o'clock appointment to have some electrical work done on my 2015 Ford E class 450 . When I arrived on time, I was told they didn/t have room to work on my vehicle. Very when they saw on the computer that I had given them all the information they needed. I was told IF he had seen it on the computer he would have called me. So much for keeping track on what is going on in the shop. Once I saw my vehicle was not going to be worked on I told the manger I needed help getting my vehicle out of his lot. I was told OK. I went to my vehicle and waited on someone to guild me out of where I was Parked. No one came, I went back in the Lobby, there were three workers seating in the office. Then said with a loud voice " If you are not going to work on my vehicle, I need help getting out. One of the workers got up and helped me get out. Customer service did not exist for me. I chose this place because they advertised, they could do what I needed done and they had a 5-star rating. So much for their rating.

I've been at the mercy of my car before and I've never been a fan of major car repairs & the maintenance bill that follows.... Mack's Auto-Tech Inc. to the rescue. This place is OUTSTANDING!!! The staff are on a higher level! The first impression was family,friends and just all around helpful! I had some issues needing resolved and these amazing people went above AND beyond. . . way beyond!!! The service was quick and precise. The staff was more than helpful in explaining what repairs I needed and why I needed them. Diane, at the front desk and Ashton, the shop manger were so warm and inviting. It felt amazing to feel safe in giving my business to such a truly personal team of individuals. Mack's Auto-Tech takes care of their customers on a very personal level and it was far beyond the, "take a number and get in line" vibe that I'd experienced at other repair shops. Our family has used S & L at least 8 times over the last 21 years. After raising 3 children through adulthood, my wife, and myself, they have been our go-to place for collision repair. Ron and Dave have been helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. But what is really important is their work is absolutely amazing! No flaws, always looks like new, and repairs last for years.
