I can't say enough good things about Mark. We were visiting JAX and discovered an oil leak in our Range Rover on a Thursday night. Mark got us in the next morning and provided a quick diagnosis and repair cost estimate. Even though the parts had to be ordered (none in the area) we were still able to get it fixed and back home on time. Mark was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely use his services again....Top Notch!!!

Diesel engine for my 01 VW TDI arrived in 3 days in ready-to-go condition. Needed nothing, except my very professional German Auto installer polished the crank for a new clutch (dumb not to do). Price was the best on the Web and the car has 'brand-new' life

While in the process of shipping multiple vehicles to Puerto Rico there was a problem. Myself and 3 employees from California were stranded in Florida waiting for TrailerBridge shipping to fix some problems with paperwork. GTS helped with trailers and cargo containers and moving vehicles (including a non running Ford Cobra) in pouring rain. The Management and employees all helped and directly helped with fixing the problems with TrailerBridge also. Again I will be in Florida on similar business and look forward to using G T S again. I am located in NY and my daughters car was in Jacksonville stuck at a Subaru dealer with a $15,000 repair bill. Looking for a storage company, I was introduced to Sam. He helped create a plan to pick up the car, check the vehicle for all necessary repairs and fix the vehicle. Sam communicated daily and was dead on of his original estimate. Bobby's Transmission is a great place to have your transmission worked on believe me I've taken classic cars and trucks of mine there and gotten the best work and price of any other transmission shop in town.Bobby's a brain surgeon when it comes to working on a transmissions and his 3 sons didn't fall far from the tree and they got a close friend Joe who I call Joe Trans who's not to shabby himself that works there and makes the team a friendly family fun zone. You can trust me on this one there's no better place in town to take your auto for transmission repairs than Bobby's Transmission they know how to treat people right you might even stop in when your auto's running fine just to shoot the breeze with em like I do. You can't go wrong with Bobby's Transmission you'll love the work and the people it's a good christian family run business you can trust. P.S I almost forgot Bobby even drove to May Port and picked me up from work so I could pick up my truck from his shop before they closed for the Christmas Holidays so I wouldn't be with out a truck over the holidays that shows ya what kind of man he is.

Orginally had an appointment on 02/14/13 between 8a.m. and 12p.m. Thought great had to leave for a funeral at 12p.m. so since I took the day off I could get my dryer fixed as well. Well 11:30 came by and received no phone call, i had to call and reschedule appointment because obviously I would not leave him in the house by himself. The next time was the following Friday 02/22/13 between 8 - 12p.m. I received a phone call at 8a.m. saying that the tech was in route...I told them lady that I had to take my daughter to school and that I may not be at the house, the school is at the top of my road not even 5 mins away. I received a call that the tech had been waiting over 20mins (which is impossible) and when I returned home he was throwing his hands up in the air clearly aggravated. He walks in takes a sku number off the dryer and says he needs to order the part. I was aggravated because they already had the sku number and knew the problem (it wouldn t heat) because Lowe s Ext. Warranty scheduled the appt. He then drove out of my driveway recklessly yelled at me that he wishes my dryer blows up and then calls Lowes and says they will not service me anymore. what a joke of a business.

completely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and vulgar. Not only the receptionist, but also the owner. He called me a b**** and a c*** and called me from his personal line at 9042700036 and screamed and told me to f*ck off b*tch and then hung up on me. He also told me to s**k his d*** ... without a doubt, worst customer service I've ever experienced IN MY LIFE and I've already sent complaints to the corporation as well as the better business bureau to shut them down so that no one ever has to deal with their horrific service again. The only reason I gave it a 1 star rating was because this website made me rate it. I would've given it a negative 5 stars if I could.
