If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. These guys are straight shooters that you can really trust. Willie and his crew fixed my GMC 1500 Denali when the dealership couldn’t get parts….I’m sure you’ve heard the excuses Covid this and Covid that. Amazing, High Quality Service!!! My wife got a Mini Cooper for Christmas. 3 weeks later she bumped into a wall and damaged the front end. She was devasted and upset. We had heard that the best place in Lake Wales for high quality service was Bryans. Absolutely right. Kenny gave us the estimate within 15 minutes and let us know the repairs could be completed within a few days. They gave her a ride home. We were very pleased when he called the next day said the car was ready. The repairs were perfect and back to brand new. They cleaned the entire car when finished. It cost less than expected. The shop and office are impressive and professional. We can't praise them enough.

Had some paint work done there. Lost fridge access door after 30 miles. Lost running light in repaired area after 100 miles. Owner offered to SELL me the replacements at cost. Can not recommend.

Actually I just got off the phone with them. This place is way way overpriced. There prices are more like price gouging. I will NEVER call them again for anything ... period.
