They changed the timing belt water pump the belts were bad they reinstalled them never called me I have multiple vehicles I'm very disappointed and will not return

If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Paul came to my house and basically started immediately. The dent - which was actually more of a crease, was from the wheel well to the door. There were some tough areas to fix, but everything looks great now. I would highly recommend using Dent Repair USA. -Sidney

The staff was nice, I went in with a suspected alternator issue but it was a bad battery terminal. It ended up being $500 for a battery replacement and one terminal. I understand the battery is $250 maybe but 129 for labor on a 15-20 minute activity seemed steep, especially since advanced ( and other retailers) would have put the battery in for free. And terminal replacement work is usually 25-50$

My car stayed several days in that workshop and when I looked for it and arrived at my house it gave me the same problem again, which was supposedly fixed .... I paid for pleasure, I threw away my money that day... Terrible experience

I did a local google search for mobile detailing and ran across Kevin. My Ram megacab was in desperate need of a good cleaning and judging by all of the positive feedback I gave him a call. Let's just say he went above and beyond and his attention to detail was on point. Not only did he take on a huge truck on the hottest day of the summer but he did it with a 1 day notice. Nice guys and they mean well. If you are interested in a top notch professional shop keep looking. This is an old school garage and mechanic that struggles to get the repair completely done the first time you bring your vehicle in. Fully expect not to have your vehicle ready when promised and to get it back dirty inside and out. They will make the repair work eventually but expect to waste a lot of your time in the process.

This company is a scam. Paid for a service and warranty in which they didn't complete either. Paid for a rebuild and only got parts replaced. Tony told me they were rebuilding my cvt transmission when in reality all they did was replace the valve body and cones. SIX months later it went out again they had it for two and a half months and it still wasn't fixed. Had to have it towed to a reputable company to have it fixed right which cost me more money on top of what I paid them to do in the first place
