Do not come here this company will extort you for money and change the agreed price because you refuse to allow them to work on the car after the diagnostic testing

I had come to the realization that all body shops were liars & thieves until I found Hanania Collision, thankfully!! From the moment that I walked through the door, I was treated like a person in need, instead of dollar signs & how much they could get from me. They were knowledgeable and even though I was not, they educated me along the way, so that I could make an informed decision. They did a wonderful job & I would gladly use them again, as well as refer them to all of my friends. Thank you Hanania Collision for changing the way I felt about your industry!

They ARE HORRIBLE! Here's our story: Kid gets license. Someone hits kid in rear quarter of our jeep in an intersection. Jeep is a mess. Call these clowns. Oh yes, they can repair it. Take Jeep in to the shop. Wait. Wait some more. Finally a week later get a quote. $2,000 to make it road worthy, another $2000 for cosmetic damages. Husband tells them just make it road worthy. Wait another week. And ANOTHER. Get jeep back. Drive it once, realize axle is not right. Take it back. Oh, we need a new axle. Really? REALLY? and you didn't think to include that in the original "getting it ok to drive" quote? OH, and now you can't fix this problem either? Why have we wasted our time and our money???????? Don't go here unless you want MAJOR problems. They don't do any work there - it's all outsourced to another company, and if the other company does crappy work, they'll tell you it's your problem. This place is AWFUL.

Had my M3 towed to them after an accident. They did an excellent job getting it back to one piece, in weeks, not months. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, while dealing with the insurance company, making it a lot less stressful on me. Two thumbs up from this guy.

This business it great! I was astounded with the courtesy and efficiency afforded me here. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. I am a lifetime customer!

These guys do awesome work and they don't charge the usual arm and a leg!!! I recently had a shelf fall on my car in the garage and it dented my right qtr. panel and the hood. I went to the competition first on 103rd and then to Riddle's. Riddle's was $525 less then the other lowest quote, so we opted for Riddle's. 3 days later and my baby was looking brand new again thanks to the awesome work done by Riddle's Body Shop... I would highly recommend these guys for their excellent work and their quick turn around. Thank you Dennis Riddle...

This family owned business has great service and performs excellent work! My car has been in two accidents and each time Gray's has returned my car to brand new condition! I wont take it anywhere else!

Chris came to my rescue today. I just had my oil changed at the oil change place down the street and the next time I started my car there were multiple warning lights on. He hooked it up to monitor, opened the hood and said "here's your problem" as he reconnected a hose. I was on my way in 5 minutes and he didn't charge me. We have used Westside Automotive for many years for our vehicle repairs and always been satisfied. I guess I should have used them for the oil change too so it would have been done right. See you in about 5,000 miles Chris!

I have a 2012 Jaguar XK. There are certified Jaguar and Land Rover (we have both) They are the best..your treated like family, the detail to the job and the level of customer service is bar none. Having an accident is never a happy time, they made it so easy and so pleasurable that it was like keeping up with old friends. I would recommend them with the highest of kudo's!!!!!

BEWARE...Dude that supposedly runs this place is a alternative motive driven SOB...watch your girl around him as well...would love for him to contact me so we could talk about the work that was done and the other problem at hand. Guys name is Lewis or some other spelling..first time he met the said girlfriend word for word as it was said back to was "what would it cost me to be your sugar daddy money is not an option" now if that doesn't sound like a guy that is hard up or thinks he can throw money at any female and get what he wants tells me he has plenty experience in paying for the company of a lady. kinda disrespectful for a man to just come out and say that to any woman if this man "lewis" thinks that this is appropriate behavior and he is supposed to representing this company...this company should consider getting rid of this scumbag....if it's not An option then that should tell you the morals that sunbeam auto body on Atlantic Blvd has . Seriously consider any other body shop

This place is the biggest rip off ever. They screwed me bigtime. I scratched a bumper on a mazda 3 and they charged me for a new bumper and a mud guard??? WTF I have never seen a bigger rip off than this. 900.00 dollars for a 3 inch scratch on a bumper. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF. They are the biggest scumbags in jacksonville. Mike Harris, Pure Performance on Historic Kings Rd. has shown a pattern of taking money from people for services that are NEVER performed on their vehicles. He seems to prefer working with people with classic vehicles that need to be modified. We contracted with him to add power steering, 327 engine, power brakes, a/c, automatic transmission, etc., on our vette. He got the vehicle February, 2014, proceeded to totally dismantle the vehicle, leaving it as just a frame and body. No new parts were EVER procured nor does he have ANY of the parts off of the vehicle. After to listening to lie after lie after lie, December, 2014, we picked up what was left of our vehicle along with several other people who's cars had been there for months on end. This man, is a thief. He cannot produce any parts, new or used, nor is he going to return our $18,000. I would suggest that NO ONE USE MIKE HARRIS AND/OR PURE PERFORMANCE for any automotive repairs. He will take the money and run.

Do not take your car here if you want a good paint job. When I complained about the paint having bad orange peal, first the guy acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and then he stated that even new cars have it. When I pushed harder about how horrible the paint job was he said he would have had to buff the paint to get rid of the orange peal but still insisted it was a good paint job. I assume that he considers it a good paint job since there were no bare spots because that is the only part of the paint job that could be considered good. It amazes me how quality and work ethic is becoming a thing of the past. I will never go back to this place!!!!

I took my car to this shop on July 16, 2013. It is still not done. I have got the run around from the owner over and over and that is when he answers the phone most of the time there is no answer and no call back when you leave messages. I drove my car there and I had to go pick it up today with a tow truck because not it's not drivable. Did I mention it's still not done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Be aware that this shop charges higher than industry standard labor rates. Your insurance company will not pay the difference and the shop will get you to sign paperwork stating that you will be responsible for whatever the insurance company won't pay. Even if you have an accident that isn't your fault. I would avoid this shop unless you can verify that your insurance company will cover the high labor rates. My daughter, who was deploying with the military before her car was totally repaired, got caught by this scam and it cost her $400+, out of her own pocket. She was rear ended and the insurance company refused to pay the higher labor rates.The shop will make no concessions.
