My daughter's truck broke down while at USF and Robert from RJL repaired it quickly for very reasonable cost. I live a few hours from Tampa, so I called him after finding his shop on this website. He even offered to tow her truck if it couldn't make it to the shop. He was honest and only repaired what was broke and did not try to con her into anything more. Thanks Robert, I'll refer all the USF parents I know to your shop from now on.

DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS, AND PAY FOR CUSTOMERS TO RATE THEM GOOD. I came to Auto Air by Ben today to get my AC checked for running warm instead of cold. Mind you, I had just had Freon added to my AC last week to try to cure why it wasn't blowing cold.... This morning I came to Ben for a proper assessment being that his reviews says he is totally honest.... BULLSHIT. Tell me why Ben told me my AC was broke by the "Compressor" being broken. And my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclispe no longer makes AC Parts. And to fix it would be more than the cost of the car, which he says will be $2500 to fix.... Tell me why, when I called Mitsubishi they told me they can order a compressor for me for $800??? And Autozone said they can get me a compressor for a couple hundred dollars. Ben flat out lied to me. On top of that.... The compressor wasn't even the problem. It was that there was too much freon in the AC. And needed to be let out. Your AC Pressure should be between 30 and 40. Ben did not even properly assess my car. He never even put it on a lift or put a gauge on the AC thing to test the pressure. I came there 730am in the morning with my newborn and was bold faced lied too. We were burning up in the car due to no AC. It took 2 shade tree mechanics who works at their hm to just put a AC gauge on a car just to prove that the car only needed a simple fix to make the AC work. DO NOT GO TO AUTO AIR BY BEN! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. Ben even told me I should get rid of my car immediately because there are no good. Saying his nephew had the same problem and he couldn't fix it. Excuses. That was very discouraging as a single mother of 3 with a 7 month old trying to survive out here. I don't have money to spend on a new car when there was nothing wrong with my car drastically to begin with. Ladies, go with a man whenever you get your car diagnosed. Men will screw you over. Be aware. This place is no good ??.

I had got a price on getting the check engine light fixed at another shop in the area and was quoted right at $1000.00. I brought it in to Auto Air Muffler and Brake City in South Tampa and had it repaired at a cost of $260.00 and the light has not been on and I have already put over 1200 miles on the truck! They fixed the truck issue real fast and were really courteous and professional. I will never go anywhere else for service on any of my vehicles. Thank you all so much for fixing my truck and saving me so much money! Jeremy

When my local discount auto parts store was unable to install their replacement battery in my 2012 Focus, when I asked for a recommendation. Without hesitation they recommended Brothers, touting their honesty, fairness and comoetency. Such a reasonable charge and quick service, I honestly gave them a tip! Just week's later, faced with the 2009Ford Flex AC not working and bizarre behavior before a trip to see family. I was able to find a 3rd party part I suspected was the likely culprit. Ford would have marked it up and it likely would have cost me 2 to 3 times as much. I got the part overnight and to Brothers by noon. By closing time it was fixed and ready for pick up. Read the reviews on Google, I just did. And liked most of them. Any less than stellar review was rare and in my opinion unwarranted. Brothers is aptly named. Although they could easily be called Friends or Family, as it was a joy meeting 3 generations of family. Owner. Son and 6 year okd grandson., I found out just before leaving.

I searched everywhere to find someone I could trust. Tons of questions and costs for things to be repaired or replaced. All this was because of a prior visits to another place who just looked at it and told me it needed a new transmission. When I finally contacted Engines and Transmission I felt by just talking to them I was at the place I needed to be. They took the time to answer questions, they picked up my vehicle, they called me at different steps to inform me of what they found. I went from thinking that I was going to have to replace/rebuild my transmission to items that were done in a much faster time and what was really needed. Living on a budget and worried about the cost...........I can not thank them enough for being so helpful, kind and considerate. I will return for checkups on a vehicle I had only had for 5 months and knew nothing about - but now I do. To everyone at Engines and Transmission but especially Ashley, Kate and Jason.. He explained everything in "normal non-mechanical person" terms.His prices are a lot better then any other places I had called, and service was quick, and right on. My car rides better then ever now! Owners a decent guy(Tom), (mark) was cool too. The issues were the hack insurance company located out of state. They took there time paying for repairs and as a result the shop held my wife's car generally for ransom. I learned legally they can't do that and the payment issue was between the shop and the insurance company. Luckily I had a paid rental car so I wasn't pressed. Still I'm disabled and the stress exasperated my illness. Now , the initial repair also was substandard as the bumper popped out when I pushed on it and the hatch sheet metal collapsed in from damage. These two things were serious problems and I had to leave car for another week to repair correctly. However, the final end result was solid. The paint was spot on and the car looks great. 3 stars is generous.

I was referred by a random customer of theirs - I took my car there because I needed a thermostat and hose replaced. Nah took the time and thoroughly went through my vehicle to make sure that there were no other issues. He even came up on his day off to check out an unrelated issue a few days later. He and his staff have been so professional and kind. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. It is a blessing when you can find a honest mechanic who is not just trying to sell you something --- he truly cares and only wants to make sure what is wrong is fixed. Did an excellent paint job and checked other parts of the car. This is a Father and son business with over 30 years of ASE certified experience. My wife and I only use Running Great Auto. We typically buy used cars and keep them for a few years and then sell them. The team at Running Great have handled over ten cars of ours over the past decade. In that time they have been honest, professional, and courteous. They have honored their NAPA guarantees as well. (I had a Ford Expedition which had a major service at 100k miles, a plug got fouled. I was in Miami at the time. They reimbursed me for much of the cost for the repair in Miami.) I trust them explicitly. They take the time to do what is right and will let you know what they cannot do and where to go if they can't do the job. (Windows falling off their tracks, air bag issues, etc... you get the point non-engine, drivetrain related issues.) Well, I hope this helps. I would never go to Tires Plus, Tire Kingdom, Sears, etc ever again after being referred to Running Great. Once our friends starting going there, they were impressed also. I can't say enough good things about Glenn, Gary and the team. FYI in this bad economy where many companies try to 'find' work to bill you on... nothing has changed at Running Great.

Do not go here they will change prices, try to get you to pay over the quoted price to correct their shoddy work. I was quoted $220 to put in 2 Catalytic Converters in a 2010 Supercharged Range Rover sport. I ordered my genuine parts from the Land Rover dealership once my parts arrived I scheduled the installation for the next day. When I brought the vehicle in the shop owner offered to source the parts. I told him I’ve already purchased the parts from the dealership. He responded “that is fine” and they began to get started. I waited the estimated 2hr for work to be completed. I stepped out to get get lunch and I received a call from them saying they were having trouble fitting the catalytic converter’s to the manifold pipes. They said the fittings were not the same. I contacted the Land Rover dealership who confirmed the part numbers. They then told me they can take the system back down to correct the spacing and re-fit the catalytic converters for an additional $200 or they can cut the inlet off of the old catalytic converter and attach it to the new catalytic converter because they felt that would make it fit. Dealership advised against this saying altering a part would void the warranty. I asked them to put the vehicle back together that it’s probably best I go to another shop. 5 min late I got my truck back went to leave and it stalled out multiple times. I pulled over and viewed the catalytic converters fittings, both were left completely loose with a 1 in gap. The check engine light, restricted performance light, and low battery light are now on and the truck barely runs. When I returned they kicked me out and refused service after telling me I bought “eBay parts” They also refused to refund payment although they never completed the job properly. I had the vehicle towed to another repair facility immediately. I would stay far away from here if you value your vehicle.

TIA Towing does not even deserve one star. Their representative Mary was very rude and I will NEVER do business with this company again. I called around to a few tow companies for pricing for a box truck and TIA had a good price. They quoted $125 over the phone. I let Mary know that I was a business and calling around for tow pricing and she said okay. When I called back to confirm the tow pick up, she reiterated $125 was the charge. There was no mention of anything else. When the tow truck driver arrived, he said the charge was $125 and they now do not accept checks. He then said that I could pay with a credit card but the charge would be $5-$10 more. I said that Mary mentioned nothing of an extra charge nor any mention of not accepting checks, especially since I told her this was a business. When I attempted to call TIA, the phone just rang and rang, then went to voicemail, then rang and rang again for two additional attempts. I was finally able to speak with Mary on the phone on the fourth attempt and she was quite rude and belligerent. I was explaining to her our phone conversation which she said that she remembered and that she would call me back regarding accepting a check. When she called me back four (4) minutes later, she still had a negative attitude and said due to bad checks they could not accept. She then said that she didn't know that $5-$10 would affect me so, so that is what the charge would now be. As I tried to explain to her that this is not the price she told me, she became irate and started to curse me and then hung up the phone on me. I tried to call her back two (2) times and there was no answer. She finally answered on my third try and said that I was giving her attitude and kept talking over me, not listening, and being very rude. She then said that she would take off the five dollars and as she continued with her overtly negative attitude said, "You know what? Forget it. I am not taking the charge off and not taking your credit card. Only cash. How long does my driver need to wait? How many minutes to wait for you to get cash? I am going to charge you for every minute until I get my cash. You need to decide what you are going to do cause I need my money. You call me when you figure it out." And then she proceeded to hang up on me again. As I attempted to call Mary back once again, the phone just rang and rang and she answered the phone on my next second attempt. She was still not listening and hung up on me prior to me even speaking. Their tow truck driver was also very disruptive and disrespectful as well. They did not even want to give me a receipt. I own a business and I would never treat vendors, customers, or any human being with such disdain. I will NEVER utilize their services again. This is not a customer service business. No one else should ever use TIA Towing.

Jerry has been my mechanic for the past 3 years, after Reeves told me that I was going to need a new fuel pump.... at a cost of $900.00! Jerry diagnosed the problem in a 5 minute drive and went under my car and fastened something that was loose... and I still haven't replaced my fuel pump. He is very fair and honest. Great mechanic

As a as a former Marine honoring integrity is what us boys stand for! Without being said the two business owners and son are not in this for the money they're in this to help people that's who they are they all have honor and integrity. Pep Boys gave me an estimate to fix the front end in the same manner that one stop gave me an estimate for, Pep Boys estimate 738 dollars one stops estimate 166 dollars. Just to let you know I'm a mechanic and I used to own the shop before I became disabled, I also live in Land O Lakes and I won't bring my car anywhere else and Land O'Lakes is about 30 miles away
I have used Pipers Marine for the past 7 years and won't take my boat anywhere else. The owner, his wife and son are always helpful and accommodating. I have a 16 year old boat, so things breaking are not uncommon. They service it annually. On two separate occassions they worked my boat in for unexpected repairs, once because I had company from out of town for a planned scalloping trip, and another where the fix was simple they handled almost immediately. On another occasion, my trailer hub failed and they came, took the boat and trailer to their shop and completely rebuilt the trailer even though they don't normally work on trailers. Pipers is a family business that has always treated me exceptionally well. I will continue to patronize them because they are honest, fair and provide excellenct service.

Never, please never call this guy Brian Dorcy if you need any mechanic work for your boat. This is the worst, unresponsive, irresponsible and unprofessional mechanic I’ve ever met. I contacted him in February 2022 and requested to fix the engine (water in the oil). He came relatively fast, the next week and found the heads need to be replaced. He ordered new heads and other parts. It took 1 month to get them delivered and 2 more weeks to Brian showed up in my yard. He took the old gasket and found that the block had a crack and needed to be replaced. Why didn't he check this the first time? If he wan’s so negligent and blind and did his job better he could find this issue at the very beginning. It took 2 more weeks to find and order a new block and more than a month to get it delivered to me. I was hoping this “crooked hands master” will come ASAP and finish his work. But he didn’t come this week and next week. He was ignoring my phone calls and messages when I tried to arrange the appointment with him. He is OK to get a new job but is always so busy finishing it. I’ve been waiting for him for more than 2 month and then I said I don’t want to wait any more and I asked him to bring a block to me. He ignored me again for a week. The only one way it worked was to push him to bring me a $2K block to say that on Tuesday I will report to the Police. And he finally brought it to me at the end of July!!!!. I’ve been waiting for 6 month and at the end I got an unfixed boat and half a garage of parts. When I googled for reviews I found that this is his normal way of business. His rating is * 1 Star. I will be happy if you read this review and won’t call this deceiver - this will save you a few months of your time and a lot of your nerves. Please spend 1 more hour and google - there are many really talented professional mechanics with hundreds of reviews and 4.8-4.9 rating. Don’t give your job to losers and scammers!

The manager Tamiko James was being all nice and flirting with me big time and asking to become facebook friends and all that then because he got so much money from me he gave me a coupon for my next oil change for $8.00 off and I asked him really. You will let me come in here to get my oil changed and take $8.00 off...His words were "For you my dear I would do anything yes you can use the coupon" So today I went there and he acts like he does not even know who I am and needless to say. Now he tells me I can't use the coupon becasue of the special...Men and women becareful if you go to him there...they try to be very nice and sell you things you don't really need then the don't honor what they said they would in the first place...

CONSUMER BEWARE!! On 7/17/23 I took my car in for AC repair, rear suspension, transmission & brake fluid exchange. Although Roger, the owner, agreed to perform the work for a set price. after most of the way done he refused to complete the work without additional payment because he under estimated the cost. Once I informed him I was unwilling to pay any additional money and I expected him to honor the agreement he would not return my vehicle after a week of excuses. My GPS tracking was disconnected after logged in 2:28 am driving. I called the Sheriff’s office to help retrieve my vehicle. I then went straight to the dealer who verified the work they charged me for(radiator replacement) was not the issue with the AC and was unnecessary. The replacement of the rear suspension airbags were installed wrong and damaged. They removed all my engine cover fasteners, removed my community I’d tag from my windshield and left my car filthy. CONSUMER BEWARE!!

Good day, I stopped at the Brandon Olin Mott location on 8.11.2018 at about 9:05 AM for an oil change and an auto inspection. When approaching the front, I was met by an employee who identified himself as ‘Neil’. The manager. He didn’t greet me with a hello but instead, asked – What do you want? I explained that I was in need of an oil change on our 2016 Ford Focus and could leave the car if need be. He quickly explained that he closed at 12:00 PM. He stated that he was way too busy to do an oil change and suggested several other oil change places near the Brandon Olin Mott store. These included Goodyear, Pep Boys, America’s oil change, Firestone and 5-minute oil. I was astonished that not only did he not want to help us – He rattled off 5 competitors. I even restated that I could leave the car if need be. I asked if Olin Mott had so much business that he could / would turn me away? He became agitated, raised his voice and re-stated – “I said I don’t have time to do an oil change – Do you understand”. He stepped rather close to me and I actually felt threatened by him. I asked him to back-off which he didn’t do, so I backed up and retreated to my car. I can’t understand why Olin Mott would even employ such an on-the-edge individual. Do you have so much business that you send customers to the competitors? Rest assured, and thanks to Neil, I will never go to an Olin Mott store again. Company refuses to honor it's warranty. Their mechanic improperly installed a transmission and they charged to fix his errors. I recently brought in a friend's Nissan Altima to have the transmission replaced and had it charged to my AAMCO Credit Card account. After picking the picking up the auto, the starter made a grinding noise when attempting to start the vehicle. Believing this to be a separate problem I took it to my regular mechanic. He stated that the problem was the screw in the transmission mounting was improperly installed and was causing damage to the starter. We had the car towed to their shop. The manager "Charlie" informed us that since another mechanic looked at the vehicle they would not honor the warranty. This is unacceptable because without having a third party inspect the vehicle how would they be found at fault. It is all around bad business to allow your employees to perform substandard work, and even worse practice not to fix the problem when it does occur.I currently have an open complaint with the better business bureau about the matter.

I called around to a few tow companies for pricing for a box truck and TIA had a good price. They quoted $125 over the phone. I let Mary know that I was a business and calling around for tow pricing and she said okay. When I called back to confirm the tow pick up, she reiterated $125 was the charge. There was no mention of anything else. When the tow truck driver arrived, he said the charge was $125 and they now do not accept checks. He then said that I could pay with a credit card but the charge would be $5-$10 more. I said that Mary mentioned nothing of an extra charge nor any mention of not accepting checks, especially since I told her this was a business. When I attempted to call TIA, the phone just rang and rang, then went to voicemail, then rang and rang again for two additional attempts. I was finally able to speak with Mary on the phone on the fourth attempt and she was quite rude and belligerent. I was explaining to her our phone conversation which she said that she remembered and that she would call me back regarding accepting a check. When she called me back four (4) minutes later, she still had a negative attitude and said due to bad checks they could not accept. She then said that she didn't know that $5-$10 would affect me so, so that is what the charge would now be. As I tried to explain to her that this is not the price she told me, she became irate and started to curse me and then hung up the phone on me. I tried to call her back two (2) times and there was no answer. She finally answered on my third try and said that I was giving her attitude and kept talking over me, not listening, and being very rude. She then said that she would take off the five dollars and as she continued with her overtly negative attitude said, "You know what? Forget it. I am not taking the charge off and not taking your credit card. Only cash. How long does my driver need to wait? How many minutes to wait for you to get cash? I am going to charge you for every minute until I get my cash. You need to decide what you are going to do cause I need my money. You call me when you figure it out." And then she proceeded to hang up on me again. As I attempted to call Mary back once again, the phone just rang and rang and she answered the phone on my next second attempt. She was still not listening and hung up on me prior to me even speaking. Their tow truck driver was also very disruptive and disrespectful as well. They did not even want to give me a receipt. I own a business and I would never treat vendors, customers, or any human being with such disdain. I will NEVER utilize their services again. This is not a customer service business. No one else should ever use TIA Towing.

DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS, AND PAY FOR CUSTOMERS TO RATE THEM GOOD. I came to Auto Air by Ben today to get my AC checked for running warm instead of cold. Mind you, I had just had Freon added to my AC last week to try to cure why it wasn't blowing cold.... This morning I came to Ben for a proper assessment being that his reviews says he is totally honest.... BULLSHIT. Tell me why Ben told me my AC was broke by the "Compressor" being broken. And my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclispe no longer makes AC Parts. And to fix it would be more than the cost of the car, which he says will be $2500 to fix.... Tell me why, when I called Mitsubishi they told me they can order a compressor for me for $800??? And Autozone said they can get me a compressor for a couple hundred dollars. Ben flat out lied to me. On top of that.... The compressor wasn't even the problem. It was that there was too much freon in the AC. And needed to be let out. Your AC Pressure should be between 30 and 40. Ben did not even properly assess my car. He never even put it on a lift or put a gauge on the AC thing to test the pressure. I came there 730am in the morning with my newborn and was bold faced lied too. We were burning up in the car due to no AC. It took 2 shade tree mechanics who works at their hm to just put a AC gauge on a car just to prove that the car only needed a simple fix to make the AC work. DO NOT GO TO AUTO AIR BY BEN! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. Ben even told me I should get rid of my car immediately because there are no good. Saying his nephew had the same problem and he couldn't fix it. Excuses. That was very discouraging as a single mother of 3 with a 7 month old trying to survive out here. I don't have money to spend on a new car when there was nothing wrong with my car drastically to begin with. Ladies, go with a man whenever you get your car diagnosed. Men will screw you over. Be aware. This place is no good ??.

Good day, I stopped at the Brandon Olin Mott location on 8.11.2018 at about 9:05 AM for an oil change and an auto inspection. When approaching the front, I was met by an employee who identified himself as ‘Neil’. The manager. He didn’t greet me with a hello but instead, asked – What do you want? I explained that I was in need of an oil change on our 2016 Ford Focus and could leave the car if need be. He quickly explained that he closed at 12:00 PM. He stated that he was way too busy to do an oil change and suggested several other oil change places near the Brandon Olin Mott store. These included Goodyear, Pep Boys, America’s oil change, Firestone and 5-minute oil. I was astonished that not only did he not want to help us – He rattled off 5 competitors. I even restated that I could leave the car if need be. I asked if Olin Mott had so much business that he could / would turn me away? He became agitated, raised his voice and re-stated – “I said I don’t have time to do an oil change – Do you understand”. He stepped rather close to me and I actually felt threatened by him. I asked him to back-off which he didn’t do, so I backed up and retreated to my car. I can’t understand why Olin Mott would even employ such an on-the-edge individual. Do you have so much business that you send customers to the competitors? Rest assured, and thanks to Neil, I will never go to an Olin Mott store again. Do not go here they will change prices, try to get you to pay over the quoted price to correct their shoddy work. I was quoted $220 to put in 2 Catalytic Converters in a 2010 Supercharged Range Rover sport. I ordered my genuine parts from the Land Rover dealership once my parts arrived I scheduled the installation for the next day. When I brought the vehicle in the shop owner offered to source the parts. I told him I’ve already purchased the parts from the dealership. He responded “that is fine” and they began to get started. I waited the estimated 2hr for work to be completed. I stepped out to get get lunch and I received a call from them saying they were having trouble fitting the catalytic converter’s to the manifold pipes. They said the fittings were not the same. I contacted the Land Rover dealership who confirmed the part numbers. They then told me they can take the system back down to correct the spacing and re-fit the catalytic converters for an additional $200 or they can cut the inlet off of the old catalytic converter and attach it to the new catalytic converter because they felt that would make it fit. Dealership advised against this saying altering a part would void the warranty. I asked them to put the vehicle back together that it’s probably best I go to another shop. 5 min late I got my truck back went to leave and it stalled out multiple times. I pulled over and viewed the catalytic converters fittings, both were left completely loose with a 1 in gap. The check engine light, restricted performance light, and low battery light are now on and the truck barely runs. When I returned they kicked me out and refused service after telling me I bought “eBay parts” They also refused to refund payment although they never completed the job properly. I had the vehicle towed to another repair facility immediately. I would stay far away from here if you value your vehicle.

I was referred by a random customer of theirs - I took my car there because I needed a thermostat and hose replaced. Nah took the time and thoroughly went through my vehicle to make sure that there were no other issues. He even came up on his day off to check out an unrelated issue a few days later. He and his staff have been so professional and kind. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. It is a blessing when you can find a honest mechanic who is not just trying to sell you something --- he truly cares and only wants to make sure what is wrong is fixed. I searched everywhere to find someone I could trust. Tons of questions and costs for things to be repaired or replaced. All this was because of a prior visits to another place who just looked at it and told me it needed a new transmission. When I finally contacted Engines and Transmission I felt by just talking to them I was at the place I needed to be. They took the time to answer questions, they picked up my vehicle, they called me at different steps to inform me of what they found. I went from thinking that I was going to have to replace/rebuild my transmission to items that were done in a much faster time and what was really needed. Living on a budget and worried about the cost...........I can not thank them enough for being so helpful, kind and considerate. I will return for checkups on a vehicle I had only had for 5 months and knew nothing about - but now I do. To everyone at Engines and Transmission but especially Ashley, Kate and Jason.. When my local discount auto parts store was unable to install their replacement battery in my 2012 Focus, when I asked for a recommendation. Without hesitation they recommended Brothers, touting their honesty, fairness and comoetency. Such a reasonable charge and quick service, I honestly gave them a tip! Just week's later, faced with the 2009Ford Flex AC not working and bizarre behavior before a trip to see family. I was able to find a 3rd party part I suspected was the likely culprit. Ford would have marked it up and it likely would have cost me 2 to 3 times as much. I got the part overnight and to Brothers by noon. By closing time it was fixed and ready for pick up. Read the reviews on Google, I just did. And liked most of them. Any less than stellar review was rare and in my opinion unwarranted. Brothers is aptly named. Although they could easily be called Friends or Family, as it was a joy meeting 3 generations of family. Owner. Son and 6 year okd grandson., I found out just before leaving.

Never, please never call this guy Brian Dorcy if you need any mechanic work for your boat. This is the worst, unresponsive, irresponsible and unprofessional mechanic I’ve ever met. I contacted him in February 2022 and requested to fix the engine (water in the oil). He came relatively fast, the next week and found the heads need to be replaced. He ordered new heads and other parts. It took 1 month to get them delivered and 2 more weeks to Brian showed up in my yard. He took the old gasket and found that the block had a crack and needed to be replaced. Why didn't he check this the first time? If he wan’s so negligent and blind and did his job better he could find this issue at the very beginning. It took 2 more weeks to find and order a new block and more than a month to get it delivered to me. I was hoping this “crooked hands master” will come ASAP and finish his work. But he didn’t come this week and next week. He was ignoring my phone calls and messages when I tried to arrange the appointment with him. He is OK to get a new job but is always so busy finishing it. I’ve been waiting for him for more than 2 month and then I said I don’t want to wait any more and I asked him to bring a block to me. He ignored me again for a week. The only one way it worked was to push him to bring me a $2K block to say that on Tuesday I will report to the Police. And he finally brought it to me at the end of July!!!!. I’ve been waiting for 6 month and at the end I got an unfixed boat and half a garage of parts. When I googled for reviews I found that this is his normal way of business. His rating is * 1 Star. I will be happy if you read this review and won’t call this deceiver - this will save you a few months of your time and a lot of your nerves. Please spend 1 more hour and google - there are many really talented professional mechanics with hundreds of reviews and 4.8-4.9 rating. Don’t give your job to losers and scammers!

Without being said the two business owners and son are not in this for the money they're in this to help people that's who they are they all have honor and integrity. Pep Boys gave me an estimate to fix the front end in the same manner that one stop gave me an estimate for, Pep Boys estimate 738 dollars one stops estimate 166 dollars. Just to let you know I'm a mechanic and I used to own the shop before I became disabled, I also live in Land O Lakes and I won't bring my car anywhere else and Land O'Lakes is about 30 miles away

CONSUMER BEWARE!! On 7/17/23 I took my car in for AC repair, rear suspension, transmission & brake fluid exchange. Although Roger, the owner, agreed to perform the work for a set price. after most of the way done he refused to complete the work without additional payment because he under estimated the cost. Once I informed him I was unwilling to pay any additional money and I expected him to honor the agreement he would not return my vehicle after a week of excuses. My GPS tracking was disconnected after logged in 2:28 am driving. I called the Sheriff’s office to help retrieve my vehicle. I then went straight to the dealer who verified the work they charged me for(radiator replacement) was not the issue with the AC and was unnecessary. The replacement of the rear suspension airbags were installed wrong and damaged. They removed all my engine cover fasteners, removed my community I’d tag from my windshield and left my car filthy. CONSUMER BEWARE!!
