Same repair was done almost exactly a year ago under my friend Vito car ownership. However he gave me the car as a gift & because of that the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty was not honored on the repair he paid for a year ago & I had to pay for the failed previously repair. Since the same issue was only a year ago, I felt that the warranty should have been honored.

Do not come here this company will extort you for money and change the agreed price because you refuse to allow them to work on the car after the diagnostic testing

Local and very helpful. Repairs were priced right, quick, and staff is really nice and professional. I will be going here for my repairs in the future.

Just wanted to thank Joe and the crew for another fine job. Seriously, I can't express enough how trustworthy, fair and skilled Jacalone & Sons is. Joe fixed a problem I had on my '92 Jeep Cherokee when other mechanics had given up. My first mistake was in not going to Jacalone & Sons FIRST, and believe me -- I'll never make that mistake again! I've never, ever had a bad experience with these guys, unlike some other shops in town that I will not mention. REV IEW for July 14, 2017 I want to give special thanks to Leo Ginniai, Bobby Scott and the crew at Continental Auto Truck on State Road 206 West, in Saint Augustine Florida. I was heading to Fort Lauderdale with my grandchildren, when my SUV overheated. I was able to coax to the exit that put me right across the street (in front), of this business. I immediately got on the phone with my insurance company for a tow and my daughter got on the phone with a car rental company. (While we are doing this the crew from the local Fire department stopped with their fire extinguisher and checked our car and assured us that it was not on fire, it had overheated and was leaking antifreeze) The insurance company told me that this place was coming up as a repair shop and for me to ask the company if they would be able to assist. Leo told me they generally work on commercial automobiles and they were swamped with work orders, but he would help me call a tow once he helped a client outside. While he was outside Bobby called a tow company to assist us, (they would be there within the hour).The rental company said they would be there within in the hour. Leo came back inside and said he would have one of my guys take a quick look at it and see if we can find the root cause of the issue. Within the hour, we were repaired, cashed out and ready to continue to our destination. (Blown nipple block off the rear intake) Bobby called and cancelled the tow, Leo got on the phone with my husband to assure him that he was confident that the repair would get us to our destination safely and the rental would not be needed. My observation: Within that hour that we were inside the business, I observed the shop under Leo’s direction running like a well- oiled machine, with precision. I saw teamwork where Bobby knew exactly what needed to be done on his part to assist Leo and vice versa. (The same goes for the other workers). I saw organization skills at its finest, multitasking by knowledgeable skilled workers. Teamwork that makes the dream work, especially when it is accompanied by the respect that these teammates showed when they talked to each other. I have no idea what goes on during the normal day to day routine. I can only comment on what I experienced in this one hour. I felt impelled to share my experience. Mrs. J- (aka Maine’s Ma).

Richard tipton is a liar and bad for business

If a customer wants their car to be fixed poorly I'd suggest bringing their car here. It will leave with more scratches and scrapes then it had before your accident. They do not do what is best for the customer, they do what is best for their wallet. Please bring your car anywhere else!

I had an oil and filter change at this place while I was visiting from out of state for the winter. After paying for the service, I checked the oil level and saw that the oil was black! I have been changing oil(I'm a mechanic) for fourty years and I know the oil was never changed on the visit, All they did was spin a new filter on and top off the oil. When I complained the mgr. quickly refunded my money. I know what oil should look like on the dipstick since I change it myself and the oil was not changed! To be sure, I sent the oil out for an analysis at a cost of 30 bucks and the analysis indicated high level of contaminants not consistant with new oil. The owner Laurie was a nasty person when I spoke to her and continued to defend her workers. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
