This is a Mom and Pop auto repair shop. Mom, Judy and Pop, Jerry run a well oiled machine here. I am an experienced mechanic and they do all my repairs on my 2012 Odyssey. You need an appointment and it takes a few days to get your car in but the work is spot on. Judy manages the work flow and Jerry does the hands on. Very fair and professional work done on my cars over the past 5 years.

Our experience with their help with a breakdown at 4pm on a Friday night and needing to be places in a time sensitive manner on Saturday was over the top. I could not have asked for better service. We recently bought a classic Nissan Z and of course it came with some issues. Makr has been patiently working through the issues with the car as I find them -- quite honestly he and his team are thorough and get it right the first time everytime.

Been looking for a car for our daughter for weeks. Stopped by and felt NO "typical car lot pressures" Todd was friendly,easy going and comfortable to talk to. My 2011 car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

Do not buy a vehicle from Musa. He buys problem vehicles that have been traded into big dealership and has his mechanics do enough to them to hide the problem just enough to sell them . He doesn't tell the whole story of what he knows about the vehicle. My vehicle had the thermostat removed to keep the engine temp down, keeping the oil thicker for enough oil pressure to keep the engine from failing. As soon as I put a thermostat in it and changed the heavy oil in the vehicle the oil pressure dropped and the engine failed. Plus the 4 wheel drive didn't work. He is not reputable and not trustworthy

This my ICE COLD HELL experience after I paid $5300.00 for auto repair service to Ice Cold Air. The extent of the previous work performed by Ice Cold Air not only left Mr. Cook at personal risk but the potential negligent damage to the vehicle. 1. The engine is dangerously out of tune not only presenting an impending fire hazard but also demonstrate a “run on scenario” as which point operator of the vehicle can not shut down the engine which is an extremely dangerous situation deeming the car undrivable. 2. The vehicle presents multiple miss-fires due to substandard repair practice potentially causing further damage to the internal components of the engine. 3. Multiple key fasteners in critical components were found loose and hazardous but multiple bolts to the transmission and engine assemblies are completely missing. 4. The poor practice used in assembly of Mr. Cook vehicle warrant a complete disassembly of engine and other affected systems, a full assessment of damage incurred and reassembly of the components utilizing proper repair practices and procedures. 5. Break lines - are exposed and attached to the shock springs putting Mr. Cook at risk of break-failure. 6. Exhaust - smokes as if during work previously performed valve stem seals were not replaced or an oil bypass of piston rings. 7. Old Y pipes - have been sealed with putty but still leak. 8. Carburetor and Fuel Pump - Severe gas leak and smell coming from unions to carburetor and fuel pump. 9. Air compressor - doesn’t function. 10. Spark plug wires - are burned and destroyed from engine exposure. 11. Horn blows - when you turn steering wheel. 12. Rear left break light - does NOT work. 13. Oil pan gasket - is sealed poorly with RTV. 14. Transmission gasket - is sealed with RTV and still leaking. 15. Headlights - wiring is faulty, unsecured and connected with Solid State Home wire nuts. 16. Engine - wiring harness is poorly run and not installed to factor specs. NOTE: Mr. Cook has been advised that his vehicle is a safety hazard to not only himself but any occupants inside the vehicle and a danger to other drivers on the public roadways.
