I brought my truck in for an exhaust leak. The original inspection was a leak in the resonator. I was told that they would have it on a specific date and that I could bring it back in on that date, so I did. When I arrived they told me that they didn’t have the part yet, so I waited for the next delivery time, only to learn that the part still had not arrived and I needed to come back another day. This time the part was there and I waited for the repair to be completed. But once the repair was done they started that I had another exhaust leak at the drivers side exhaust manifold and to reach out to the shop that did the repair last year since it may still be under warranty, and the truck was stuck on the lift for 2 days before they could get it down. I then learned that the warranty expired due to mileage, so I brought the truck back to Coastal to get the exhaust leak at the manifold fixed. Coastal then charged me another diagnostic fee to tell me that nuts were missing from the manifold and one of the bolts was sheared off/missing and that they were not able to fix it for me because they didn’t have the ability to extract the broken bolt. Not really sure why I was charged a second diagnostic fee for the same basic thing they had said at the previous visit.

I had the opportunity to use A+Tires to fix a water leak on my 2003 Suburban. The price was more than fair but more important than that, they were very courteous and took the time to accurately diagnose my problem. They got it right and in a timely manner. A BIG Thank you to Pete and everybody at A+ Tires for getting it right and at a fair price. I will use them again and would recommend them Highly!

I bought a dodge pickup form them and every thing was going good, but after a week the truck didn't want to start any more. $400 later it still not start so i called the dealer, they told me it was my problem and would not take the truck back. I do not recommend this dealer they will sell you something over priced and will not back up what they sell.
