Auto repair service near Conyers, GA

My mechanic could not fix check engine light and said to take to dealer ship. The computer said bad coolant sensor. Took to dealership, all he had to do was plug it in. He had the car 4 days and said it was the wiring harness. They wanted $1200 for the harness and $1000 for labor, this was far more than the car was worth. I took it to A-1 he called back and said it was the coolant sensor, the dealership had sent a bad one. He also replaced a relay that sometimes would stick and car would not start. Cost, total, $300. We are retired and I can't work on cars anymore. I will definitely take it here and if they can't fix it they will see that it is done right and bill you for it. So refreshing to meet an honest knowledgeable man in the auto repair business. If you don't know cars, take it here.

I bought my first car from Atlanta Car Exchange in 2003. Since then I've bought 2 more. David Bowen is the owner and I actually consider him a friend. Five stars all the way. I'm picking up my forth tomorrow. David is driving to Gwinnett County to take me to pick it up.

Great repair shop! D'Best Auto care offers fantastic customer service - like one used to get in old times - where everybody knew everyone and you felt right at home. Diego Fuentes, the mechanic, who also happens to be the owner, is very knowledgeable and can work on just about any car, whether the older technology, or the newer computerized cars. Their prices are very good. I'm glad to have found a personal mechanic whom I can trust.

The technicians at Athens are very knowledgeable and informative, I have been going there for the past 4 years and have taken all of my vehicles to Nick and his team. I have never left out of there feeling like I was not treated like family and I have always had positive results post maintenance visits. Thanks guys you rock!!!

I was very pleased when I was told that the expensive brake repair was not a safety issue. There has been a rattling sound when I brake, but it does not bother me if it is not a safety issue. I appreciated the honesty. -Farris Goodrum

They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

CHRIS J. is a very dishonest individual! He selectively leaves out important information when making the deal! He springs the suprise on you after you sign all the paperwork. He falsified the odometer reading (which if I'm not mistaking is a crime) He told us to tell the bank when they called that the car we purchased had a sun roof (which it did not)leather seats (this is a lie also) and that we paid $2000.00 down (which I did not) Needless to say this was only to drive the price up so that he could get a big commission (I guess it was needed to pay for his $80,000 Mercedes, which God gave to him!!as he put it) God should have smacked the taste out of that boys mouth just for saying his name! Mr. J's face is what you see when you look up "used car salesman" in the dictionary,..all smiles..talking fast and lying from the back of his throat! I would have rather for them to tell me that I just couldn't get financed there than to have been treated like I was. When will ppl learn that no good will come to them if they are truely living in honesty. Well I tried to support my Black brothers but hey.. back to the white man for me! IF YOU HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT OR IF U R PLANNING TO GO TO CHRIS MOTORS-MAKE A U TURN AS FAST AS YOU CAN,STEER CLEAR OF THAT PLACE!!
