My mechanic could not fix check engine light and said to take to dealer ship. The computer said bad coolant sensor. Took to dealership, all he had to do was plug it in. He had the car 4 days and said it was the wiring harness. They wanted $1200 for the harness and $1000 for labor, this was far more than the car was worth. I took it to A-1 he called back and said it was the coolant sensor, the dealership had sent a bad one. He also replaced a relay that sometimes would stick and car would not start. Cost, total, $300. We are retired and I can't work on cars anymore. I will definitely take it here and if they can't fix it they will see that it is done right and bill you for it. So refreshing to meet an honest knowledgeable man in the auto repair business. If you don't know cars, take it here.

Great repair shop! D'Best Auto care offers fantastic customer service - like one used to get in old times - where everybody knew everyone and you felt right at home. Diego Fuentes, the mechanic, who also happens to be the owner, is very knowledgeable and can work on just about any car, whether the older technology, or the newer computerized cars. Their prices are very good. I'm glad to have found a personal mechanic whom I can trust.

I bought my first car from Atlanta Car Exchange in 2003. Since then I've bought 2 more. David Bowen is the owner and I actually consider him a friend. Five stars all the way. I'm picking up my forth tomorrow. David is driving to Gwinnett County to take me to pick it up.

The diagnostic is definitely worth it. I nstead of throwing parts at the engine this tells you exactly what is wrong with what ever problem you are trying to handle. work also comes with a warranty and the staff is great !

Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair. I love this place! They took my crappy credit and still put it a car for a very reasonable payment plan. The car looks and drives great still so no issues there. Also the staff there is really nice and reasonable.

They have okay service. Sometimes they can be pretty rude. I came in for an oil change. They told me it wouldn't be long. An hour and a half later I go to see how much longer and another guy tells me my car is next. I was pissed considering the cars they were working on came after I got there. The guy that initially helped me apologized a lot, which is the only reason I gave them two stars. But I'm being generous.

Untrustworthy and impossible to contact Did not fully cover costs in the import contract and have since had to cover them out of my own pocket. Have not been able to successfully contact management via phone or emails
