H & L is a place I feel like I am at home telling them what is wrong and they explaine to me what needs to be done just like I was part of the family so I feel I can trust them an I told them at first , give it to me straight and I will let you know what I think straight I like for people to make me feel part of the family and not just some stranger

Amazing Customer service. Amazing facility and quick service. There was coffee with a real mugs, good music, magazines and Wi-Fi. This was by far the best experience I've ever had getting my car worked on. Thank you!

5 STAR service- I can't say enough about Craig and the excellent service and attention given to my car repair. I was traveling thru Hinesville, GA and need someone to look at my car - a funny noise, and oil leaking where it shouldn't. I searched the internet and found Craig's shop (Auto-Mobile Service and Repair) with existing good reviews and a BBB rating of A+ ! Very often a business in a small town, especially on a Saturday, close at 12pm. By 9:00am Craig had looked at the car - made a quick assessment, started calling around for the part; by 10:30am I knew how much it would cost, and how long it would take to fix. Maybe he could have taken advantage of my situation, but he certainly didn’t! (a woman, an out of ‘town-er’, and someone needing to get back on the road) – The repair price was more than reasonable and everything was done perfectly. Craig was a man of his word and worked past his normal Saturday hours to help me (a stranger) out. He treated me with dignity and respect – and made the car repair experience a good one.
