They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

CHRIS J. is a very dishonest individual! He selectively leaves out important information when making the deal! He springs the suprise on you after you sign all the paperwork. He falsified the odometer reading (which if I'm not mistaking is a crime) He told us to tell the bank when they called that the car we purchased had a sun roof (which it did not)leather seats (this is a lie also) and that we paid $2000.00 down (which I did not) Needless to say this was only to drive the price up so that he could get a big commission (I guess it was needed to pay for his $80,000 Mercedes, which God gave to him!!as he put it) God should have smacked the taste out of that boys mouth just for saying his name! Mr. J's face is what you see when you look up "used car salesman" in the dictionary,..all smiles..talking fast and lying from the back of his throat! I would have rather for them to tell me that I just couldn't get financed there than to have been treated like I was. When will ppl learn that no good will come to them if they are truely living in honesty. Well I tried to support my Black brothers but hey.. back to the white man for me! IF YOU HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT OR IF U R PLANNING TO GO TO CHRIS MOTORS-MAKE A U TURN AS FAST AS YOU CAN,STEER CLEAR OF THAT PLACE!! Me and my husband went by Versatile Collection last Wednesday at meet with the Salesman name Ali. Let me start this by saying he stinked like cigarettes. 2nd before showing us a car he interrogated us with a million questions. It felt like a interrogation, we buy cars every 2-3 years so we know the basic line of questioning but this was very unorthodox. Then after seeing a add online for a Hyundai Genesis he tells us his "manager" made a mistake and it's $2000 more then the advertised price. I will be contacting the BBB and auto trader about false advertising. Then when we called him out on it he begun to be arrogant and angry. Not too mention we called before coming in and confirmed the price. We were ready to buy since I been looking at the car all day and had my husband take off work early just so we can get the car. We did end up buying a car that day from another dealer who does not play bait and switch games. Versatile Collection did have a Very nice location, very nice selection of cars, but needs a better sales staff. We choose them because of all the positive reviews online SORRY but we can not say the same. Stay far away from Versatile Collection in Roswell and Ali cause they will try to pull a fast one on you and rip you off.

sold me a car that they rolled back he miles on , took the car battery cable and than hooked it back up so it would pass emission test , 2 days later the check engine light came back on . I could go on & on . dont buy a car from them they are crooks.....
