Took my family's Lexus in under referral that these guys were speciali... read more Took my family's Lexus in under referral that these guys were specialist, it was for an accident problem and for the first week there was communication but then just kept getting thrown for a loop for what's going on. Over 4 months they had the car, looked at it then went out of town.. They eventually moved on and fixed others vehicles that was brought in after ours and could barely get in touch with anyone. They tried to charge me for a diagnostic and a hour labor to figure out why the AC wasn't working, once I came to pick it up they still didn't have the AC working and I had more warning lights on the dash then what I had before. Even tho they decided not to charge for the labor, I'm highly disappointed in them and wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here

My car needed a transmission and was serviced in November of 2022 I ro... read more My car needed a transmission and was serviced in November of 2022 I rode it and it was fine till last week the transmission was slipping again I call this company and explain to them what was going on and they had me bring my car kept it for 3 days telling me it was nothing wrong with the transmission came and picked up my vehicle to drive 30 min away for the transmission light to appear on my vehicle saying “Transmission Fault “ service now then they proceeded to tell me my warranty was no longer valid to get another transmission after only 9 months of having this rebuilt one I am very disappointed with this company and even more disappointed with the service and resolution I was provided with
