Hayes has been around since the 80's my parents took their cars to them and now I do. They are straight forward and fair. I am never worried about what is being repaired as they keep me well informed and aware what is needed and when.

I wanted to start saving on gas, Steve and his guys had several diesel VW's in stock and they were very knowledgable about them. They even provided me with a folder with service history, vehicle inspection, and a free Carfax. They got me on the road to saving with my new VW Golf!

Had my transmission rebuilt here & was able to get it done cheaper than everywhere else. My car is driving great after the work so no complaints here. I own Douglas Automotive Repair Inc and am sorry you experienced some quality issues with our shop. I am a certified technician and have been for 35 years. We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it.
