I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

I don't know who they are using for their service guys, but they are terrible. Touch up work was very sloppy and the car clearly had some back panel work done even though they are denying it. I'm not blind, I can SEE there was work done. There were also some possible leaks under the hood. Mechanic claimed it was overfill and that he could just power wash it to prove it. Well, he never did that or addressed the leaks. Terrible service and very sloppy work, which is surprising since they "specialize" in high end, exotic cars. I would highly consider shopping elsewhere. They are only out to get your money and rip you off.
