They service dept. is the worst I have ever dealt with. I would never let them touch my vehicle again. The last time they worked on it they did a $1000.00 damage to the body of my vehicle. I'm still fighting with them to get them to pay for the damage they did to it when they worked on it.

My Escalade had failed the state emmission test . I had taken it to 2 local facilities and they told me I needed to replace all 4 of my air sensors . I took it to Red's and they found I had a bad wire at the connector for the brain box . They repaired it for 300.00 when everyone else quoted me 600.00 . The vehicle passed with flying colors .
