I bought a Honda Civic 2003 recently from this company. The owner, Mike is not a reliable person, neither this company. He advertised this car as a car with clean history, no accidents, 88k mileage with replaced engine.I believed his words as he said he'll not sell bad cars. He was not ready to allow me to take it to a mechanic to get it checked. Since I was looking to buy a car immediately, I paid him the money and took car with me. When I checked CarFax with the VIN#, I was surpised to see that car had an accident. And the car had 173K mileage. I called him to ask about this and he continued to support his false statements. He claimed the owner from whom he bought this car didn't provide him the document to show the engine replacement and the correct odometer reading as well. At the end he advised me if I'm willing to sell the car at a later point of time, I can take it to him and he'll buy it for a less price. Please do not buy a car with this dealer. He is not at all reliable.

On 8-24-2015 my wife & I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox LS AWD from Katts Karrs in Blue Island Illinois. Dick Messino was our salesman and I could not speak any higher of an HONEST Used Car Salesman !!!! We were looking for a dependable AWD/4WD vehicle for our youngest son to commute to & from school without going broke. The previous Friday I was in Napleton Dodge and left disgusted when they refused to negotiate on a Jeep with 170,000 miles & a ripped drivers seat. Katts Karrs is directly across the street from the dealership when I spotted the Equinox. I took the Vehicle for a test drive on Friday. Brought my wife & mechanic friend back on Saturday for an additional test drive & purchase the vehicle on Monday. I am extremely happy with my selection of a vehicle. The cleanest SUV inside & out & under the hood that we have seen yet. No hassle - No pressure - Just REALLY NICE VEHICLES. I would recommend Katts Karrs to anyone looking for a Quality Used Vehicle. I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they gave me over a quote for over $3,000 in repairs. I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)
