I have been going to Richlonn's (in Racine) for tires, brakes and service the last 15-years. I have always been pleased and satisfied as a customer. In fact, approx. 3-months ago, Mother needed tires (white whal) on '86 Cadillac and not having luck in finding what she wanted. I spoke to Brian V. (Store Manager) about the circumstances and then made an appointment for Mom to get tires. Mom is very satisfied with the new tires and 90,000 mile warranty. Also, no one came close to offering the lifetime rotation, price of installing, balancing and Computer check-up for alignment problem with Nitrogen air and extensions. Awful place. I brought my car there because the front driver's side wheel was making a scraping sound. The owner Bill went on a ride with me so he could hear the sound, which he did and had an idea of what it could be. I brought the car back during my scheduled time, which after waiting for about 4 hours after I dropped it off that they can't figure out what is wrong with it, saying there seems to be nothing wrong with the "rear: tires. They spent 4 hours looking at the wrong end of the car. I told them and the owner knew that it was the front driver side. After 3 more hours after the phone call I go there to see what is going on to find my car outside, not even being looked at. And no phone call giving me any more information on it. The girl at the front desk said it "must be my brakes" and I should get a certain kind to fix the issues. The brakes are BRAND NEW CERAMIC BRAKES, not cheap metallic ones. It's not the brakes. Then she said it must be the rotors because they had some wear on them. Please you have no idea what it is and the owner decided to go home a few hours after they opened. Poor Communication. Lastly, I took my car home to find grease all over the driver side interior door and a large scratch right in the doorway (freshly scratched). The grease has been a pain to get off and the scratch is down to the metal. I have photos to post as well. POOR SERVICE.

Very good little dealership with good selection of cars. Honest, which is a lot to say about car sales. Met with Ms. Retek and Samantha. Both were very helpful and no pressure. Yes I did buy a car and quite satisfied with the deal. Would I buy again?Definitely! I love cars and own very many. I drive them a bit and then go on to the next one. Price is very reasonable and will keep them as a favorite on my computer when looking. Thanks again!!
