I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! I purchaed an 03 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Had a trans leak complaint to the salesman and I was told that they checked it and it is not a leak. And so I purchased the jeep.. 3 weeks later, It is obvious that the trans leak is huge. I was lied upon by their salesman David from Morris.
