AS A CUSTOMER PAYING FRONT DESK HAD AN ATTITUDE AND CHRIS THE MANAGER CALLED ME AFTER I DROPPED OFF MY CAR TO DISCUSS ABOUT THE SITUATION. I SAID IM A CUSTOMER/ YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE //AND THE MANAGER CHRIS SAID I AM THE MEDIATOR, AS A MANAGER YOU SHOULD INFORM YOUR EMPLOYEES TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. to chris the manager don't ever call your customers in regards to your employees who have problems...with customers.. the front desk had an attitude don't know where you picked her up to be a clerk, DO NOT USE THEM/ RIP OFF PLACE AND WILL TAKE FOREVER TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED. YOU CAN GET ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP GOOGLE IT.... BEWARE/ HORRIBLE PLEASE TO ALL CONSUMERS USE ANOTHER PLACE. I tried later to call there to see the status of my car and about 6 calls later still no answer. I truly believe that the clerk didn't pick up because I was calling and so when i did call from my other phone the front desk picked up and finally got an answer of status of my car 3 hours later for a job that was to take 1 1/2 hrs. please don't use them I was a victim of bad business.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Alternator took a dump, found this mechanic shop in Plainfield, IL, near me, towed it in and bam got lucky left 3 hours later. This Plainfield auto repair shop is on top of their game. Thanks for getting me in and back on the road so quick and cost effectively.

We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it.
