On 8-24-2015 my wife & I purchased a 2005 Chevy Equinox LS AWD from Katts Karrs in Blue Island Illinois. They service dept. is the worst I have ever dealt with. I would never let them touch my vehicle again. The last time they worked on it they did a $1000.00 damage to the body of my vehicle. I'm still fighting with them to get them to pay for the damage they did to it when they worked on it.
