We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it. I would not trust my money with anyone else. I get treated fair every time I talk to Jim or his salesmen. They are truly honest and will tell you every single detail they know about the vehicle, instead of ignoring your question like a lot of other people. The prices are extremely cheap, always under KBB value. I originally bought a 96 Saturn off of Jim in 2004. It had 170,000 miles and it made it to over 230,000 miles in 2010. I ended up trading it in for a newer Saturn and he gave me another great deal! I got 6 years out of a $1,600 vehicle. Beat that!!

I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward.
