I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! I bought a Honda Civic 2003 recently from this company. The owner, Mike is not a reliable person, neither this company. He advertised this car as a car with clean history, no accidents, 88k mileage with replaced engine.I believed his words as he said he'll not sell bad cars. He was not ready to allow me to take it to a mechanic to get it checked. Since I was looking to buy a car immediately, I paid him the money and took car with me. When I checked CarFax with the VIN#, I was surpised to see that car had an accident. And the car had 173K mileage. I called him to ask about this and he continued to support his false statements. He claimed the owner from whom he bought this car didn't provide him the document to show the engine replacement and the correct odometer reading as well. At the end he advised me if I'm willing to sell the car at a later point of time, I can take it to him and he'll buy it for a less price. Please do not buy a car with this dealer. He is not at all reliable.

I don't know who they are using for their service guys, but they are terrible. Touch up work was very sloppy and the car clearly had some back panel work done even though they are denying it. I'm not blind, I can SEE there was work done. There were also some possible leaks under the hood. Mechanic claimed it was overfill and that he could just power wash it to prove it. Well, he never did that or addressed the leaks. Terrible service and very sloppy work, which is surprising since they "specialize" in high end, exotic cars. I would highly consider shopping elsewhere. They are only out to get your money and rip you off.
