I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! I had trouble with my truck and I didn't know what is was. I took it to All Pro and they took the time to explain to me what was going on. They rebuilt my Transmission and I was on my way in no time.

I bought my Grand Prix here a few years ago, they fix the odometer, so the miles match Carmax records. I didn't notice until a few months into it. While on a road trip to Detroit, I set the trip meter to check my gas miles and after I reached Detroit the trip meter showed 160 miles instead of 300 miles. On my return trip the total miles from Detroit to Chicago in odometer was 140miles. After checking with my mechanic he told me the front dash has been opened and they have done some thing to ododmeter.When i called the owner with this issue, he was sounded off like i never bought the car here and when I went in person he asked me whats the guaranty that I didn't do this to the car, I would not suggest buying a car here. Go to a real dealer.
