Prior to going out to Kansas to get the car, Daniel happily answered all of my questions and emails regarding the car and always did so promptly. Upon arrival, he let me take the car out and test drive it to make sure that it was exactly what I expected and that I didn't have any concerns. The car was everything that I expected and more. After test driving the car, we went back to his office where he already had the title and all of the paperwork ready, and we closed a deal on the car. The entire experience was pressure and hassle free. Just like he states on his website, he prides himself in only buying reliable cars with clean vehicle history reports. He was very friendly and professional, and unlike most car dealers he was completely honest about everything right from the start. When I first came to new concept I thought they were good. So when something major went on with my car I came back to new concept. It turns out that I needed a new engine which cost me $12,000. Since I got the new engine I was still experiencing the same problem that led me to get the engine. About every thousand miles my oil light was coming on and I had to add oil to my car. Took it back to new concept and the gentleman said that it was the oil pan that was leaking or something like that. So they repaired that. That was another along with some other things I had done. $4,000. The problem persisted. When I brought it back the next week the shop Foreman said oh the gentleman that did the work did not top it off? We'll top it off and you'll be fine. The next week. The oil light was back on again. I spent the next 4 weeks coming back to new concept so they could research where this oil was coming from and more importantly where it was going. On the 4th trip in they told me that my turbo was leaking into my exhaust and that's what was doing it and that was going to cost me another $4,000. At this I have lost all trust in them, so I took it to the Audi dealership. The Audi dealership measured the oil could not find any leaks. Not in my turbo or anything. It took a couple of trips to the dealership for them to measure consumption and try to figure out what the problem was. They did and they told me it was the pistons. Which the pistons are the engine. So now I need to take it back to new concept to see if they will honor their warranty for the $12,000 engine that are put in or not. I do not have any faith in there shop Foreman to get the job done correctly. It seems as though he is just trying to push me off so he can get on to the next thing. I have sent the information from Audi to New Concept so now we'll see if they honor the warranty and fix the problem.

I took my car up to U-Haul to to get this hitch installed and they had no idea on what they were doing so they were very happy when I said just sell me the hitch and I'll take it someplace that can install I took enough to Brown's automotive and the mechanic name is Junior and he dived right into it which was actually pretty technical but he took care of it and it works and looks great. really got me out of the pinch and I sure appreciate it excellent service.

You need to stay away from this mechanic because he doesn't t know how to fix cars. He told me that i need to fix my thermostat and there is a leaking problem in my car as well. He told me that he even could t find the thing that was leaking. He was fixing my car last Saturday, and just wasted my time and money. He started at 11 am and finished at 9 pm. He told me that he started to fix smth else instead of the thermostat because first he couldn't t find that thermostat. Eventually when he found that thermostat, he wasn't able even to fix it. I came home from my job on Friday, and there was a steam coming from my car, so on Saturday i called this idiot, who doesn't know his job at all. I was home on Sunday and didn't t drive my car. On Monday i barely could reach my job. There was a steam coming from my car again and that thermostat sign was on my dashboard again. I went to a car service, and they fixed everything for me. Thanks to that service i drive my car safely now. They told me that whoever was fixing my thermostat didn't t tighten up everything and it could blow up my engine and got me in big trouble. I paid $200 for nothing. He told me that he fixed my thermostat and i couldn't t drive my car even for one day. He didn't t fix my thermostat. So if you want to waste your time and money, and if your want to damage your car, you need to call this guy.

I went in for a repair because I smelled gas when the car was shut off, but no leaking. I don't do rodeo stunts, hill hopping, or anything else crazy with the car except drive it in Kansas City traffic as they began to infer later. Nathan Parker is the Service Rep I dealt with. Nathan Parker was crude, rude, disrespectful and right down nasty at every turn. They did a code check and it came up with P0456 and a smoke test, and the only area of trouble they could see was the leaking around the O ring. (His faked notes said O ring, collar, and fuel pump, and that's just one bogus part of this whole nightmare.) O ring would need to be ordered and it would run about $340 but he said he could do better than that and eventually quoted $295 with a coupon. So why would you order just the O ring if the collar and fuel pump really needed to be ordered, too, unless he's lying about the details on the invoice? Nothing was said about any other part having a problem. He estimated that the car would be ready around 2pm on Tuesday, and I told him I could wait a little while and be late for work since I would be getting my car back that day and not have to wait any longer. He told me he would give me the loaner, all I would need to do is sign a paper and be on my way and see them Tuesday. He then didn't come back for a whole other hour. I finally went to the service area. He said he had been busy helping other customers more important than me! Really?! On Tuesday, I called him at 2 pm since he had not called me by that time. His first nasty remark was, "Shouldn't you be at work right now?" It was not said nicely and out of genuine concern, it was said like someone berating their child for not going to sleep on time. I was still nice and said I was willing to wait if the car would be ready soon. He said the car was fighting them getting the collar off because it had seized and that they would try soaking it in lubricants. So therefore, go to work and I would see them Wednesday since I

I have had nothing but problems with this dealership and there service department. I am now on my third engine and third transmission. Every time they put in a motor something else goes wrong. But they put another motor in my truck last week and when i got it back the service engine soon light came on. So i figure it is something they done when putting the motor back. I take it in the next day and they say it is the spark plugs and wires causing the problem and charged me 100 bucks for the telling me that. So i brought my Equinox home and was going to change the plugs and wires because they wanted to charge me over 500.00 to do it for me. Well i get it home and start having more problems all the electronics are having problems now and the steering wheel won't turn and the Equinox won't start now. So i guess it wasn't the plugs and wires after all. So i take it back and now they tell me it is the battery then i get a call that they found a bad 80.00 fuse. So they refund my money for telling me the plugs and wires were the problem but now charge me 380.00 for the fuse and new battery. So i bring it home and now the codes are still lighting up. But keep in mind none of this happened until they replace the motor in my Equinox. I would say buy your car somewhere else!!
